This cold and ear infection has had me on my backside for the last week or so, I miss the gym :( but at the minute just walking down the stairs leaves me sounding and feeling like I've just run a marathon.
 
Just done 20km on a static bike, not bad in 40min for me. Wrecked now.

I miss squatting, this cardio lark isn't for me!
 
Just doing a day a week cardio for this 6-8 week cut depending on how it goes. Only want to drop 9lbs Ish and I hope I'll be holiday ready :p
