Back from physio. He said there's nothing wrong with the movement or ligaments. He did say my calves are incredibly tight, I hyperextend my knees and allow my squat to collapse inwards. We practiced some squats with more emphasis on foot position and screwing in at the toes and out at the heels. He also taped my knew in a lovely bow.

Wednesday will go back before squat session for more tape.
