Noble M12 GTO3 (R32 GTR replacement)

A nice car in a bold colour!

The rear lights i hate (Mk1 mondeo, smoked?) - and seeing as your car is faster than most things on the road and people will be seeing the rear of it a lot, i think this is a wrong you need to right!!

:D

As has been said actually - the noble is actually a lot more compliant over bumps etc in the road than my old skyline was.

Rear lights I don't really like either (ditto the black wheels) - test fitted the origials for a little bit to see how it looked :)

In terms of what they're up to now I think they're still doing the M600 thing and last I read they had a speedster version being developed. Certainly still around even if Lee is long gone I believe :)

edit: Needs the noble badge back on there, it started falling off the other day :(

Wow that looks like a thin gap. Do you have to climb out through the window?

As soon as I'm in, head over to the left leaving enough space on the right :)

New house has a double garage but been delayed left/right/centre on that so have to make do with this for now :)

My dad's friend had one and after a track day the exhaust pipes had started to melt the rear bumper.

Sounded great though and my old man said he'd never been quite so scared before in a car. I'm assuming that's from its traction in the corners.

If the exhaust was melting the bumper was probably a ill fitting aftermarket one (they all fit badly apparently) or having the clam up with the engine running for a while :p

They have amazing traction and having been on some passenger rides on the track yesterday (don't dare take mine on the track without the uprated sump) the turn in of these cars is just phenomenal.

Had a day at Rockingham yesterday with the owners club and got some better photos of the stock rear lights :)

Also left with 101 things I wanted to do to my car but have to keep it sensible for now...

I remember having a passenger ride in the prototype 3R at millbrook test circuit.

Absolutely bonkers grip, the test driver took me round a small handling circuit and I have never been so scared but also so impressed by the sheer speed it was taking corners at.

We then went round the ring and a friend had took a vx220 out for a test drive and I remember blasting past him in the 3R at about 160mph, it made the VX look like it was stood still. One of my favourite cars. Enjoy it :-)

Was seriously eye opening what the cars could do in the right hands - as you say scary and impressive all at the same time :) Definitely enjoying it though and chipping away at small niggles - fixed the alarm today which was important for me to reduce my worrying a little :)

Also test fitted my 3R wheels which will be getting a fresh set of Michelin PS3's all round tomorrow :D

Now need to track down some heat reflective sheet to go under the IC box (rear turbo right underneath the IC box so makes a big difference I'd imagine)

aren't PS3's the new Pilot Exalto, and the new Pilot Sport performance tyres are the PSS ones?

They're the pilot sport 3's (self abbreviated to PS3 rather than that being the model) - pretty sure they're still the performance tyre they do other than the cups :-)
