Fantastic, thanks for sharing. My dilema now which to chose for new wallpaper
Why choose just one. Have them all in a slideshow and set the time you them to alternate.

Last I saw was their trolling - "FF VII coming to PS4"! Only for it to be the original game unscaled.

Looking through it, i am surprised he didn't draw the iconic image of cloud holding Aeris in the water.
Indeed I thought that, the rest of it was absolutely amazing though.
By far one of my most favourite games of my lifetime and have so many memories of it. I have also bought a lot of copies of it too !
FFVII remake would be awesome but honestly SE have been playing around with the idea for years and years constantly teasing then saying no it’s not happening then oh yes maybe... then no then yes.... This game alone would sell a console and sell extremely well but my guess is they have a fear that if they "screw it up" they would lose all that nostalgia that people have about it and there would be pitchforks at SE HQ if it all went wrong. SE do need to tread carefully about a remake.
Plus I think it was only a couple of days ago I read that apparently SE will be concentrating on the mobile platform for new games as that is their biggest money maker at the moment. Damm mobile games.... that said if they released the original FFVII on iphone/andriod I would still most likely be happy and buy it lol.

They have redone like iv, v, vi, x, x2 etc. So why can't they redo vii. I think they are teasing and ffvii advent was a laughable departure.
to re-do VII would take immense amount of work and man power apparently.
they WILL do it eventually. and i could possibly see it being changed too much, and being a flop.
if they re-do the game. they just need to re-do the pre rendered backgrounds, and the character models (basically all the graphics need an overhaul). please keep all the text the same, and please god no voice overs! also, please sqaure keep the music the same

Which is great
VII is a ton of work as every area was hand painted and no high res originals exist. So they can't just 'HD' it by upping the texture quality, every area of the game would have to be remade from the ground up, every model remade, new textures for every model, so you are essentially looking at the work taken to make full new game.

So its not like an ffvii updated wouldn't sell and they must have made a bomb on ffvii after milking its succes ?
This in a heartbeat. As someone has pointed out, would a HD really be the right way, I've always thought yes, but as its pointed out, some scenes would be really weird. But keeping it the same, and putting it on the iPad would probably be a better option. (although I like to be proven wrong so go ahead and make a HD-remake! haha)

If they re release on android ios now then everyone plays it there will be less appetite to buy a hd remake as everyone will be ffvii'ed out. Just spend thr monies to remake then go all out multi format and get the monry back ..
