Why won't this cryptarch chap decode any more engrams? I am currently rank 3 2915/3000 but the 3000 is greyed out if that means anything.
If they are from the new chests, they are engrams for the HoW, so the cryptarch doesn't recognise them. They will be new weapons and armour. They mentioned lengendary engrams in the patch notes but it seems to extend to the rare ones too, I've got loads that the cryptarch doesn't recognise ready to decrypt on Tuesday.
You'll be rewarded with a 331 version but you'll still have to buy all the upgrades to get it to 365. Will be easier though, as I think they are getting rid of all the upgrade attack/damage nodes on exotics and just having the one exotic shard upgrade at the end.
So, who else has every slot on every character and vault completely stuffed with engrams?
Edit : not forgetting post box full.
Still no key though!

How the eff are new players supposed to compete in the Crucible? I had a quick peek at control as a level 10 player. The rest of the people were 31 with exotics. I got slaughtered. Where is the balancing?
And where is everyone else? This is supposed to be a living world with other players going about their business. Take the Queen's Wrath bounties for example. There are regularly 4 or so players hovering around Skywatch waiting for the Wolves. There is no one on Venus or the Moon and it was doing my nut in trying to get those bounties by myself. Why isn't there some kind of balancing for these events like Borderlands whereby the enemy health is dependent on how many people are in the team? If you want to play solo as I do, you're basically ******.
The more I play this game, the more I'm beginning to hate it. I should just quit now and write the £50 off.
