We haven't seen anything of the starks that went north of the wall to find the White walkers and yet we are half way through the season :(

Nor have we seen the Iron Islands, they might keep it till next season.
Dorne has only had a bout 6 minutes.
I like the longer segments with each of the people.

It's is just too much for the TV show. Even George arr arr Martin had to split the same timeline into book 4 and 5.

It's mainly because there's not one protagonist to follow or to route for so all story lines are important and interesting.

This is one of the reasons why it needs a bigger budget so they can produce more episodes per season. There's just too much to cover in 10 episodes and you can see from some of the recent episode ratings people are starting to get inpatient knowing there's only 5 left and there's not been massive progress in some of the stories.

One of the things that annoy me is the white walkers and all this winter is coming. The very first clip of GOT we see the white walker then nothing till the last episode. Similar thing for the next 3 seasons. There's only so many times you can tease the audience with this before they start getting a little miffed.

But its still a good series :)

Possible book spoiler below but I think it's been mentioned in the TV series. It's regarding winter and the white walkers anyhow. Avoid it if you're worried.

I think it's been mentioned in the TV series but before this point in the story in the books it's definitely mentioned that as long as the Watch "holds true" at The Wall the White Walkers can't advance past it.

only one stark is north of the wall, along with Hodor and chums...

they're not in it this season apparently, that was announced a few months ago

don't know about the white walkers though - would be good if they could feature them a bit more soon... at least they mentioned them last episode

Fun fact, Bronn goes to my local gym! :)

Looking forward to tonights episode, really heating up now.

Bored in the office.. I can feel a lunch-time sicky coming on so I can go home to watch today's! Which hopefully my Sky hasn't messed up. Been a bit buggy since the latest EPG update (blocky/pixelation during playback)

Possible book spoiler regarding Sansa and how different her story line is. Don't read if you are not interested in the books or if not up to date with the books.

I'm not up to date with this series fully, I've done 3 episodes only, but was surprised to see Sansa turning up at Ramsay Bolton's in place of Jeyne Poole (who was in place of Arya) - she is likely in for a shocker. Strikes me that it is a very large departure from the books and a touch odd. I guess her story has moved fast in the TV and they had no content left.

dammit i thought reek was gonna snap then! i take it george rr martin is not a believer in fairytale weddings?

also. was mormonts dad the one jon snow killed?
