Pretty sure it goes down to 6th regardless. Only difference is that is Arsenal win The Cup, 6th get's straight into the group, not the 3rd round qualifier. Also would mean that place goes down to 7th.

Liverpool are also well placed in the Fair Play League, so might have even qualified regardless.
