I want a street triple... I think

Yeah I had to get mine tightened at my service.

I'm not keen on a limited throttle movement as that would make it twitchy.

That's what I was concerned about but it's not twitchy at all, it's just perfect - way better than standard.
Give it a go, the throttle tube is only about £10 so even if you didn't like it you could swap back in 10 mins.

Had a new 2015 Street on courtesy the other day and the throttle was perfect. Awesome little bike, despite the one I rode feeling a little dodgy (gears / grabby front brakes and messed up front disk) due to being ragged from day 1 as it's their test model.

What benefits does it give you though? It's not like full throttle puts my wrist in an uncomfortable position or take too long to reach stock.

Might make it move round a bit easier? I did notice the throttle on the Street was noticeably stiffer compared to my Hornet and my brother's Bonneville (couldn't compare to the Speed at the time). Nothing uncomfortable though, didn't notice it when riding.

That could have just been that bike though. The thing looked like it had never been cleaned, properly ragged and just about felt like a 10k+ miles bike. Poor thing only had 600 miles on it.

there's a lovely speed triple in cradley Kawasaki, nice purple colour,2012 model

it was nearly as good as my zx6r

Purple looks nice. Wish they offered more colours on new ones. I had a choice of black or white.

It must have been way better than your zx6r :p

Don't think I've ever seen pics of yours actually. Where is it?!

nope,i only cleaned the tank the other day, needs a good all over clean then advertise it

takes me ages to do anything that's the trouble
