Missed all this weekends games as was away for work.

Anyway, who's going to the Magic Weekend?

Too far for me from Reading. Would have gone if it was still at Old Trafford.

Widnes really need to win the next few games if they want to hit top 8.

What do you mean you cant move around the stands?

were going on the Sunday, taking the little one to her first match should be good.

It was at the Etihad, which I quite liked. Bit annoying that in Newcastle you don't get to move around the stands if you want to.

yes its fantastic at the eithad. free roam of the stadium.

at st james i presume you'll be restricted to the stand you first go in to or ticket is assigned to

Just got back and am absolutely shattered. Turns out you couldn't move between the stands but after a while the stewards got fed up and everyone started moving around freely. Not sure how people felt who may have paid more for their tickets!

Pretty poor effort from Rovers and FC thoroughly deserved the win. Was good banter later that night in Newcastle in the various bars. Was talking to a fair few Wigan fans who were pretty pleased with themselves! Stayed in a hostel in the end. Weird places hostels but had a bed for the night to sleep off the monstrous amount of alcohol I consumed throughout the day!

Hefty defeat for Wigan Tony, I presume it will be expected for them to win in Newcastle now...

Been in Tenerife for a week and missed the Catalan game and yesterday's Leeds game. Hard to believe it was the same team. Absolutely pitiful in Catalan (I had considered going to Catalan instead of Tenerife -good call :)). Pretty good against Leeds - although Leeds weren't sparkling. It seems that nobody can hold onto any form for longer than 4/5 weeks. I suppose it's whoever can manage it in October.

Looked like a cracking weekend in Newcastle.

There were some in the opposite end to the Widnes fans. Weren't many, but they didn't have much to cheer about either.

My internal organs still hurt after all the alcohol consumption.

Exciting game last night and hoping for more of the same tonight.

Safe to say Rovers are disappointingly confined to the middle 8s this year. Hugly disappointing after what looked to be so promising at the start of the season. Injuries have absolutely killed us this year.

Cheers Leeds!

As good as Cas were I'm disappointed to lose that game. I felt it was a clear obstruction of 1 if not 2 men in the lead up to the drop goal. Had that not have gone over we may not have been in the position we were for the last try, I'm sure Handley won't be affected too much by the mistake though.

I can see why McDermott is reluctant to play Sinfield to try get the team used to playing without him but its clear how much better we are with him on the field.

If Sam Tomkins comes back on crutches he will still improve the Wigan full back position 100%.

Bloody hell Bowen
