I can kind of see your problem if I reeeeaallly try my hardest. Unless you said "just leave me a bit at the top to put my grass" then he only did what he said he was going to do.
 
I can't over that your bin men take your garden green waste...:eek:

Over here I got take it to the tip myself....:(

Don't think they will take garden waste here either (or atleast my local council has a policy about it) has to go to the tip here.

Brother in law is taking the mick a bit but as a one off I wouldn't get wound up about it.
 
I wonder if OP has recovered from reading this thread.

He's 'bin' evaluating the responses and the poll, maybe he twigged that he went a tad overboard by branching off making a rubbish post instead of just saying to his brother-in-law 'the bins a tad full old boy, leave me a bit of room if you use it again'.
 
He should take you somewhere to apologise.
