A friend of mine stuck some 18mg cola on his 0.4ohm Zorro RDA last weekend, we both took a pull and we spent the next 10 minutes in tears coughing.

Strange the discussion on nic levels has come up as I'm not a seasoned vaper having switched from cigs about 4 weeks ago but I'm already mostly vaping 3mg liquids with a couple of 6mgs, I think it's more about occupying my hands than feeding the nicotine addition for me. I dare say I could drop to 0 nic and not be bothered
 
Breakfast/morning coffee vape and after meal vape are as satisfying as the cigarette counterparts used to be, the throat hit used to be what filled the satisfaction gap but now it is the thick dense vapor inhale and without it it doesn't fill that gap.

I think it is all to the same end though.
 
I do like a heavy, 12mg nic juice in the mornings; currently using strawberry fields but I think that will be switched to mothers milk again when it runs out... it takes away the need for that morning cig.

Even when I do step down, I think I keep a bottle of 12mg in stock just for morning vapes. :)
 
I've sub ohm'ed 1.8% for weeks before. I was a 1.8-2.4% vaper for years, only lately gone down to 1.4% I vape 3.6% when I want to use it like smoking (basically when I know it can be hours between toot)
 
On the topic of juice.

Tried Heisenberg from Vampire Vapes which is just bizarre. It's like a mentholated Listerine combined with blackcurrant Tunes. I have no idea why i keep using it but theres something about it.

Also tried Pinkman from the same company, waaaaaaay to sickly though. It's like drinking undiluted Blackcurrant Robinson's squash. Last one from them was Strawberry Kiwi. Way to fake tasting, like a horrible penny sweet. No nicer than the no name market stall Strawberry flavours.

Tried St Loius and Passion Bomb from a new company called El Diablo which are ok. Not much flavour though and the St Loius kind of has a boiled sweet aftertaste.

Tried, King's Custard, Monkey Jizz, Tropical, Jester's Juice and Bean Flicker from King of Vapes i think, and they're all rank. The custard ones made me feel sick, and the fruity ones have a weird aftertaste.

Tried a range from a company called Alchemy. Wild Bramble, which is like Blackcurrants and Honey. Is ok, too sickly and perfumey though. Shifu's Kung Fu Tea, which all i can taste is lychee. And Sunshine Grey which is supposed to be lemon and honey. Tasted like disinfectant to me.

Does anyone have any recommendations of decent makes, flavours? Looking for a nice ADV. Right now i use one called Beetlejuice (no description, seems to be a fruity mixture, but is not sickly) from a shop in Brighton called Vapour Evolution i think. It's pretty much the only juice i can use all day, all week. I have an enormous bag of discarded bottles of stuff i can't stand, can't seem to find anything else i like. Just want something clean and refreshing, which isn't sickly and doesn't taste fake like a bargain basement penny chew.
 
Cosmic Fogs Milk & Honey is a lovely juice, and if you do like Custards then Nephilim Castiel is really good too (Not sure if this can be found online, its locally made and sold in our local vape shop)

Both of those I can vape all day everyday at the moment
 
I started on 2.4 nic but after 10ml of that I found I had the trots lol :eek:Now down to 1.6 and 1.2 and it is much better with the the Naut mini.

Tried Mystic Juice cinnamon but it was far too potent with the hit. Hisenburg and blackjack have got me hooked, I even do 3 quarters Hisen and 1 quarter Blackjack and the hit and the flavour are spot on for me at 10w.
 
There's a shop in Bristol City centre that sells some juices from Malaysia. There is a range called the freezy range, and freezy pineapple is incredible! Done by fcukin' flava

The problem is the range is so popular that they sell out really quickly and then it's hard to come by. The shop ordered 2000 bottles and only received 200 :(

Others have tried to replicate the freeze taste but no one can do it at all, and lots have tried. All they can do is use menthol and it's not the same as the freezy range isn't menthol. It's a taste that is really hard to describe, but almost like vaping heavily flavoured ice

How often do you guys vape in an hour?

I smoke one fag every hour, but when I had an e-cig I ended up taking puffs every 5-10mins.

It's the only thing that's putting me off moving over to one of these.
 
I can put it down... I do when I'm working or with someone, but it's becoming a habit that it's my hand at least all the time... I do put one down and then forgot which one I was vaping on and pick up another. :)

I see a lot of people telling you to spend £60+ to get the device. I've gone from the silly cig looking things (with a bit of wadding you fill up) to now using vw mods and all kinds of RBAs, but I have a lot of work colleagues that simply use the basics and are very happy, they go to their local vaping shop and by £30 worth of stuff.

But end cost for them is much, much higher. They also have to fiddle about with refilling a couple of times a day, changing batteries all the time (their batteries are about £20 - my 18650's are £12 for two). I only have to fill my tank every couple of days, and change my batteries about the same.

I also make my own vaping fluid, which dramatically reduces the cost (by hundreds of pounds).

My epack is a good company to buy from in my experience. You could then buy a load of attys from Fasttech, bearing in mine they can take up to a month to deliver.

You don't have to go all out buying stuff, but for me it ended up being the most cost effective and hassle free option.
 
TBH, I be happy with an istick 30w and istick 50w, a silo tank and a silo beast.. end off... I don't actually need anything else to actually vape and be more than satisfied, even after experiencing so called top end devices. I couldn't go back to just an ego, even a twist with a ce4.. but like bushmins says; there's a much larger percentage of people that vape nothing but egos and ce4s, much of them don't actually know any better.

The dude at work vapes them, he went and brought a subtank and aspire twist; used it for a few weeks then went back to the ego twist and protank lol..

There's really 4 price ranges of vaping, the beginners, inters, advance and the collectors. The collectors market is where things are really crazy. I've seen an offer of a motor bike for a mod.. people will hunt down mods for the serial number and swap two/three high end mods just for one. I tend to float around inter/adv, mainly because I'm a gadget freak and that's where all the new gizmos come out. :)

I saw my local shop offering a blu starter kit for £20 bucks, which was a ce4, battery and juice. Really for that sort of price range you ain't going to get better from a reputable retailer.
 
So many ideas atm.

Few batteries i think are suppose to be good are

Aspire CF G-Power Battery ones for about £15
vision spinner for about £19

Not really looked at the heads tbh so no clue whats good.

Packs i was thinking of is maybe getting a evod pack as u get 2 of everything nearly and sharing one of them with my brother to help him get off cigs.

All im lookin for is a occasional use vape while watching tv shows or a film. Somit that i fill once for a few days as i heard 10ml should last half a week to a week. Somit that i dont need to charge a lot say a days worth of occasional vaping now and then not constantly on it from 9-5 lol say 30 mins show so lets say 20 mins through that or a hours worth through a film i reckon. Then stop till i watch somit else which could be right after or have dinner then watch somit or whatever. Somit that simulates the sensation of smoking just without the crap in it lol. I dont want it to be like im breathing in water or steam like its wet but then not so dry like its sand or somit lol if thats possible or not i dunno. Have no idea what vape is like just smoke.

Thinking tho if up the corner shop has one of them e-cig things in that look like a cig, if its not too dear i might just go try one of them but then i think if its really crap and it puts me off but if i paid a bit more for a ego style vape it might have been better. Just dont wana get one and be put off due to quality of the thing or the ejuice or whatever is in them things i might not like.
