Just got some Mother's Milk....... Not sure what all the fuss is about. It tastes like a very synthetic strawberry and that's about it.
 
My Dovpo TC-50 arrived yesterday and ive been using it a fair bit since to see how it performs. Testing it with both a Lemo and Lemo 2 using ni200 coils at around 0.16ohm (based on DNA40 reading)

Basics:
Firstly build quality is very good, there is a little bit of rattle from the fire button and I would have preferred the button to be a little higher, but its a solid clicky button and fires every time.
The up and down buttons are just as good and don't seam to rattle at all, they are well spaced so holding the two together when locked, to get into temperature mode is easy, can be done with 1 finger/thumb. Temp mode does C or F just like a DNA40 and the screen looks the same as the DNA 40 too.

The battery door is solid and slides into place easily with plenty of strength in the two lower magnets to hold it in place once fitted, but still very easy to open when you need to, the only odd thing is the battery has to go in Positive side Down instead of up.

The 510 is spring loaded and so far ive only tried my Lemo and Lemo 2 on it, but both connected perfectly, as soon as the 510 of the atty meets the 510 of the mod, the screen will display "same on new down", every time with temp mod enabled.

Now for the issues:
The screen is dark, its hard to read in daylight and near impossible to read in sunlight.
The resistance reading... the device is measuring the coil in my two Lemo's about .02.-.04ohm lower that my DNA 40 devices and as a result I think it is throwing the temp readings out, I normally run my Lemos at about 195c or 380F... to get the same vap from the Dovpo I find I need 280c or 480/500f. If i take a few drags to heat the coil and then remove it and replace it selecting New coil, I get a higher ohm reading and can run at the same settings as my DNA devices, but once the device has cooled down and been to sleep, it auto resets to the lower ohms it thinks it should be, not a big issue, just have to remember to set the temp limits higher on the dovpo in future.

The power output, well ive only used it in temp mode so haven't fully tested it, but compared to my DNA40, its seams to perform just as well, using the same 25w, I get the same vap, all be it I have the temp limit set higher.

The case, the edges are a little "sharp", could do with being more bevelled or rounded, but not horrible. If you have held a Sigeli 100W Plus... it just feels like a mini version of it.

Overall im impressed with this cheap and small mod, only a little bigger than the Cloupor Mini but Much lighter.
IT did eat through my VTC 4 battery faster than the DNA40, but temp mod does work, I was able to vap my Lemo 2 dry as a bone and no burnt hits or cotton.

Well, im not one for writing reviews normally so not the best one you will read, but I hope it helps if anyone has considered it as a cheap TC mod... got it off FT and would recommend if you want to give TC a try but don't want to spend a lot to do so.

I think they revamp the formula after that vape drama they had... not tried it since tbh.. but the ones I did have does taste better with age. :)

I'm surprised people are still vaping Suicide Bunny after all the drama they had.

There are a ton of recipes online for a Mother's Milk clone.

Posty slightly later than norm but came today. Got my evod 2 kit. :)

Slightly heavier then pens are than what i imagined tbh. Tho as the saying goes the heavier then the better materials like metal instead of plastic in em so. Tried starting one of the batteries up with the 5 clicks, it flashed ok then i turned it off with 5 clicks so one works i guess, not tried the other yet.

I opened it up to check the cartridge thing and it looked different from what i thought it was going to be, as i expected to see some but not a lot of wick from the sides in the middle. Did a bit of googling and found i have the improved dual coil ones, so i guess cool on that score.

I checked if it was genuine and yep it checked out. :) Funny tho, i thought u scratch the panel off but it was already revealed and didnt look like they were suppose to have any scratch stuff over em. :/ Ah well, seems to be registered ok and was shrink wrapped.

One thing tho. I have a uk plug. To me the connector ends on the pins of the plug seem scratched up or somit and kinda looks like they were glued on or somit as if u touch the pin and around it, it feels like hardened glue or could just be the plastic or whatever and just be me. Ill post a pic of it at some point to see what u ppl think if i should use it cos i dont think i should and hope usb chargin is enough.

Juices didnt arrive today tho. :( The site said they didnt ship my juices even tho was before 3pm on tue like the evod2 because they had a router issue. Grr.. Would have been nice if they had bumped up the shipping to next day for me cos of their error.

I could go up the shop they have some ejuice but i dunno what it would be like, there in dark i think black boxes, about 2.99 i think and looks like theres about 40 diff ones and they are next to mini ecig refills the orange ends for the replicator cigs. But meh i think ill just wait till tomorrow.

Just tried usb charging it, both batteries stayed green. Presume they were connected ok i did tighten them up to finger tight as i could, didnt wana push the last bit tho. I screwed em in so far then the battery led flashed a few times then i screwed in a bit more as i said up to about finger tight but yeah still green led on the usb charger so i presume there both fully charged still. Not bad considering that u usually have some drainage from batteries when bought. Maybe the off feature makes it so they dont drain or somit or very little compared to turned on state.

If it works as well as i hope it does after i manage to get the ejuice tomorrow, then for £25 for the evod 2 aint a bad price and genuine too. :) Payes to search around for best price sometimes. :)

Managed to get a bottle of Magnif ecig liquid, hope thats a decent brand, vanilla flav. Dunno the percentages tho not on box.

Ive put some in my evod, making sure not to get any on the center thing. Almost over filled but managed to get it just below by a few mm. The liquid is about 96% by the line on the side of the evod2 window. Gona leave it about 10 mins and then give it ago.
 
OK left it a good 10 mins to soak. Now vaping for the first time is mighty weird. Its warm and I can actually taste vanilla which is very nice. I'm not getting tones of vapor like from vids but could be cos past few months I've had trouble with lung capacity due to smokes. Hopefully I'll get better if I stay off em. I notice a bit of a icy feeling with some of the longer hits and I cough and i really cant handle large draws cos when i inhale a large draw its so harsh i cough and its unplesent, smaller hits are better but not much vapor. Maybe im doing it wrong i dunno. Dunno if its normal or not for first day on it or not.

About the evod should I keep it upright or flat on its side when not in use, same question for when actually vaping.

What was the drama? I just tried Mother's Milk and it's ok. Hasn't gone direct to the bin pile like most of the other juices, but i don't see what the fuss is about. Like a weak Strawberry nesquik. To be honest i don't think strawberry is a very good flavour to use, it's too hard to fake.

I've got Rockhopper by Penguin, Samba Sun by NJOY, Handlebar by Must Vape and Starboard by Captain's Reserve on order, so we'll see if any of those can stay away from the bin..If i don't like any of them i might just give up :p

Mmmm Rockhopper. Its in my regular juice rotation. To me, it tastes *exactly* like watermelon Jolly Ranchers. :)
 
Wahooo, I've just rewicked my plume veil, cranked up the power and dripped in some high VG Snake Oil, lovely. I'd forgotten how good dripping was since I entered lazy mode and stuck with my KF4 for months (not that theres anything wrong with the KF4, filling and forgetting is just easier).

Anyway, Ive just noticed Im dangerously low on jap-cotton, and was wondering where people get theirs from these days? I can't remember where I got my last batch.

That's simply because they are likely using different gear and juice to you.. also there's loads of tricks that they do to make it look like more vapor than it actually is... like blowing into the camera.

Please don't associate vaping with the waste product that you blow out, there's steady stream of the right experience, education and equipment before you should have before 'cloud' chasing.
 
Not cloud chasing i just thought there would be more than a trickle thats all, as in was i doing it right. Cba with all that make big clouds of smoke crap.
 
Think I'm getting the hang of it, not too big on the draw and holding the button for a sec or two before drawing seems to help too.

Down from 95% of tank capacity to around half ATM.

wash your mouth out with soap! ITS NOT CRAP

but it is completely pointless and I love it plus most smokers going straight to a cloud machine will cough there guts up for half an hour

You wont get much vapour from your setup but you will still be getting what your mainly after the nicotine :)

You will notice you adjust how you Vape it after a while, as you wont try to smoke it like a cigarette.

You will rinse juice no matter what in the first few weeks as you will pick it up a lot
 
Been using the Atlantis v2 for the past few weeks. I use it with the istik 50w (@50w) so perhaps not to its true potential but gotta say 0.3 ohm is immense! A little more cloud than the kanger sub tank mini @ 0.5 ohm 25w as you would expect but loads more flavour. The coils seem to last longer too which surprised me. Downside is battery life is reduced significantly (recharge every day instead of once 2-3 days) and the tank neck gets v.hot when chain vaping.
 
Sigelei 75w got dispatched from myepack this morning along with 5 Kanger 0.15ohm atomizers. Really looking forward to trying temp control.

Also mixed up 50ml of key lime pie but going to wait for the new mod to try it.
 
Ordered some stuff from myepack on Monday. Still not turned up. How long does stuff from there usually take to arrive? Was free delivery but I would assume even second class would be here by now :)
