It won't sell too well to the tech-heads, but they don't have a say in the market in the slightest.
Still, in this instance it's too late and half-hearted to have any meaningful impact in any way.

So HTC needs to do this for the M10:
That doesn't seem that tough to me.
- Put in a good camera
- Have a good design
- Be cheaper than the S7
- Have good software
- Market it amazingly (hint: fire current marketing team)

I think they need to refresh the product a bit and change things up. The current design is great but it isn't turning heads anymore. A better camera is a MUST and they really can't afford to keep putting out second rate cameras.

No mention/thread about HTC's new phone which is being announced later today. I am still not sure if the A9 is a stop gap or their next true flagship? The specs suggest anything but a flagship but Apple have proven time and time again, this does not matter. The A9 is clearly going against the iPhone.
Fingers crossed HTC make some good decisions from now.

HTC are acting very deluded at the moment. It seems their days are finally numbered.
Lets hope they have some good luck very soon, otherwise I don't see them sticking around for much longer among what is now very fierce competition in the smartphone market.

Pricey, un-flagship specs for Android and clearly going against the iPhone - it's bold!
Assume they were forced to go lower end to save on costs but if the camera holds up and Sense is fast and fluid, there's hope.......I hope!

Like the bootloader feature. I hope this is an optimised phone, that battery capacity sounds low. No 4K - doesn't bother me but an omission nonetheless but at least it has OIS and RAW support (they even have sapphire glass covering the lens......sounds familiar
). HTC........how could improve the sound quality but remove front facing speakers
