How much is the Blue?

Spending this much money on a car and then passing by the best colour because it costs a bit more seems a bit... odd.

15k I believe madness

Honestly I think at list price its a bargain for what you are getting its a mini GT3 for very little money.

Spending this much money on a car and then passing by the best colour because it costs a bit more seems a bit... odd.

Paying just under £3k for different color paint is just madness to me, the last car I ordered i felt bad about paying an extra £800 for metallic paint but £3k is out of the question. I will never see it back on resale and I have added over £10k in options already.

Porches insistence on keeping red or yellow calipers dependent on what brakes you chose makes so many colour combos look a bit wrong to my eyes (red car and red calipers is fine but what if you want ceramics, yellow calipers on a red car look crap!)

Given the range of options for other things I'm surprised they won't let you chose caliper colour and pay for it, Ferrari and mclaren will.

Truly a first world problem, of course, but if I was in the position to buy a gt4 I'd want a carmine red one with ceramics but the yellow calipers offend my eyes when the car is that colour!

White looks great if you love your car and keep it clean, but I don't think it's a sporty colour that would go with a car like this.

White not a sporty colour? Its the only sporty colour for the sporty end of the Porsche range...

Haha...yes, came across the thread looking for white cars :)

Recognised a few names from other forums so thought, why not.

(have bought stuff from OC before)

I agree though, red and yellow are fantastic colours and probably safer colours for resale and better colours for a road car. I'm getting a GT4 to replace a 996 GT3 track going car and therefore white with some stickers seems to fit my ethos.

I was motivated to reply given the comment about white is not being a sporty colour.

...they are all great colours to be honest.

Mine is specced to be a white with clubsport pack and PCCBs like the final picture above (yes, I know lots of questions about whether PCCBs are good for track use). I am forming the opinion that these are quite large disks with better heat dissipation, track use is going to be 50/50 with road use...and now there are much cheaper methods of refurbishment available should the worse need doing)

Join my FB group. Cayman GT4. We have quite a few owners on there.

My one is due for delivery in about a week but I'm out of the U.K. For now so may hold off registering it until Jan 2016.

I can't wait but I need to get my other car sold.
