My question is, when your product arrived was the water block badly scratched and chipped, I recently bought one last week and when it arrived it was really badly scratched and chipped, I returned it to overclockers and they gave me a replacement, I just got that one today and this one is also really badly scratched (and has a big crack down the side) so I want to know if this happens a lot of the time as I really cant be doing with a scratched cpu block as it sits in front of me and I really like my pc looking nice (that's why I bought this one because of its looks (and price and performance)) so should I give rajjintek another try, should I buy from a different seller (in case the bunch overclockers have is a bad lot, or should I just get a refund and try a different cooler, or give up completely on cooling my pc and go full loop (I am sick of aio coolers now as these 2 are damaged and my last corsair one broke after 2 weeks of use)

No marks at all on the block surface or the res.
On the top of the unit it did look a little scratched until I realized there was a protective plastic film over it.
Once peeled off it's fine.

I agree with Deathjester. There are way too many reports of this cooler leaking and what you are describing is shocking. I would send it back for a refund and buy something better.

See, neither of the ones I have had have had a protective film cover thing on at all, they where both exposed, also the refill thing had no variety void sticker on it as I have seen in images of it form unboxings. Its as if it was one of the b grade items (one that has previously been owned before) but I bought a brand new one, also the folks at overclockers informed me that the item had no previous owners. I will see if I can post an image of the one I got today.

Wow it worked (the photos I mean) I have not ever posted an image to a forum before, also they may be a little bit big. As you can see in the final image there is a crack down the side, it currently isnt leaking but it is a really deep crack. And in the first image it doesn't really show the scratches very well but to the human eye it is incredibly viable.

They don't have warranty stickers any more.

If that's a crack in the second picture then definitely RMA it!
