Just curious which papers folks read. I don't purchase any but will read whatever others bring to work, usually the Sun, Daily Fail, sometimes the Star and usually the Metro. I from these I think the Sun is probably the one I tend to trust the most, if you can call it trust. Perhaps "least contempt" would be more accurate. The Daily Fail is the Daily Fail, no need to elaborate on that one. Metro is the kid that says anything to get accepted by the cooler kids.

What do you read? Do you buy them?

None. I get my news from the BBC and then fact check on the net if needs be. Tabloid papers are opinion journalism and I have no time for that crap.

I don't read any of them, I watch conspiracy theory videos on the Youtube while smoking mad weed and then pretending I know a **** ton about the intricacies of the psychology of the governments manipulation of traditional media outlets including newspapers, television, radio, Hollywood and the current fight within the gaming industry. Also, Lizard men.

None. As said above, I get any news from the internet and I can fact-check at leisure. I wouldn't get a national newspaper if it was free. They are awful things and I don't feel like I can trust any of the ones I know.

most UK newspapers are dire

only newspaper I occasionally buy is the Sunday Times

generally I read the BBC website, bloomberg mobile app, economist

also read the Daily Fail website at lunch, mostly for the comments section and the various random female 'celebs' photographed in bikinis on holiday

Metro or free paper.

Haven't bought a paper for.... Cant remember. Used to cost 25p... that long.

Have you been reading my diary?

I don't buy any newspaper, always full of too much doom and gloom and misery for my tastes. However, I do look at the Daily Mail website each day, not for news of course, purely for sheer entertainment value as its hilarious. Its articles and "your comment" sections are comedy gold at times.

When I used to commute I read the Times every weekday and occasionally the telegraph. Have been working from home for a decade and get my news from GD.
