the 7970 was probably a good seller in it's time. Was a fantastic performing card for the price, still performing well even to this day.

I'm saying the 7970 as I sent 4 back in a row

Two were DOA and 2 had the worst coil whine/crazy loud electrical buzz I have heard to this day. At that rate they must have broken some records!:D

According to Gibbo the 970 smashed all sales records inc the 8800GTX (which was the previous champ). I think we can take that as an indicator of worldwide sales :)

I find it hard to believe the 8800GTX out sold the 8800GT - I know for a fact they didn't at some places but they target a different segment to OcUK.

9800/8800 or GTX460 I reckon.

Would be my guess - though stuff like the 550ti, which would now be stuff like the 730, etc. sells like a shed load more than people generally realise.

Hi guys. This is my first post here.

After years selling cards for Gigabyte I'm pretty sure the answer to this question is the GS 8400 followed by the GT 210. If you check you can see that some brands are still selling the GS 8400.
What you might not know is that the GS 8400 has had a GT 210 chip for several years already so maybe GT 210 chip has been sold more than the original GS 8400 chip.

It would be what cards the oem buy to put in their cheap pc e.g. office and basic pc's, I know a lot will have integrated graphic's chips but the low end cards the oem buy in bulk would be the most sold.
