what do you all eat at work?

I take a low sugar yoghurt for my breakfast, and also snack on dried raisins and nuts (usually cashews).

For lunch it's normally a salad which consists of baby spinach, iceberg lettuce, baby plum tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber and caesar dressing. Small 40g bar of chocolate to satisfy my sweet tooth! Apple + banana as well.

Sometimes I'll take in leftovers from the previous nights meal instead of the salad. So for today I've got chilli mmmm

You'll be asleep at your desk at 3pm then :p

I always find if I eat any large-ish meal at lunchtime I'm done for the day! My friends and I love going for ramen though, there's so many good places around here. But it just does you in for the rest of the day, completely wipes you out :p

No breakfast... and then lunch is normally salad with feta, tuna/chicken and (if I can find it for less than £1bn) avocado.

Or Nandos.

Yep! It's just a half portion though.

Good job I finish at 4pm :D

Sandwiches (home made), I too get fed up of them but can't be arsed to do anything different. Friday's we usually order a bacon sandwich from a local shop.

Oats, some form of meat with rice, or a decent protein ready meal for simplicity, snack such as ricecakes with PB, protein bar etc..

Why? I'll tell you now it's in no way bad for you.
Do some reading on intermittent fasting.

This isn't intermittent, though - It's pretty much continual.
I do pretty much the same, but with added cigarettes and I'm VERY unhealthy. I actually ended up putting on weight because I'd eat nothing all day then have a large meal late in the evening. All my life I'd been 2.5 stone underweight right up until I stopped eating in the day, whereupon I went almost 3 stone over within a few months!

Intermittent in terms of fasting for something like 18 hours and then eating for 6 rather than in terms of doing it every day or not.
You put weight on due to bad food choices and/or portion management, intermittent fasting isn't magic you won't lose weight if you're fasting and then cramming anything and everything into your cake hole and thinking it's fine because you haven't eaten the rest of the day.

There is nothing unhealthy about eating 10 meals a day or 1 meal a day.

With the amount cakes, sandwiches, McDonalds, and fast food I am surprised how any one gets any work done in the afternoon. 3pm yawn club from the carb overload.

Today's work eats:

10am Oatbran porridge
Noon Piece of birthday cake
2pm Leftover spag bol
3.30pm Packet of Snack a Jack cream cheese & chives rice & corn cakes

Breakfast - omelette
Morning snack - yogurt & 2 low fat babybels
Lunch - tuna and salad
Afternoon snack - dryroasted peanuts & 2 low fat babybels
Dinner - sirloin / salmon / chicken & salad
Evening snack - cottage cheese or chicken pieces

Quite regimented but I like it.

That thinking is what had me going to the doctor, who remains equally confused.
I've since lost almost 2 stone from that Paleo diet and eating more often.

I shouldn't gain it either, so long as the calorie intake remained the same. But having dropped the intake along with the number of meals, up it did go...

Today threw me a bit. Outside of the norm I had chicken slices and low fat babybels instead of dryroasted peanuts and low fat babybels as an afternoon snack. Not sure how the rest of the day is going to pan out tbh...
