Yep, measure to centre of bb. As for seat post length, the amount that should be inside the frame is determined by the diameter. You can probably get a longer one, depending on what you've currently got.

Thanks, I'll talk to the bike shop when I pick up the new stem.

Quite a productive day - three KOMs, woot. Also, more importantly, I managed top burn off all the chocolate I ate earlier whilst nursing my hangover...

Inspired by all this talk of getting out and riding despite dodgy weather, I went out on my way home from work tonight for a quick 50km as I've done naff all this weekend. Decided to take in an alleged 'Cat 3' climb and knocked nearly a minute off my PB despite feeling proper ropey! Was pretty grey and miserable up on the moor though!

Well its official. Winter is here.
My Chinese framed winter bike is off the turbo and ready for action. The Wilier is mounted up ready for a bit of Trainer Road. Lights sorted out and ready for a bit of night riding.

I quite like the fact I don't need to change bikes for winter. My nice and light Chinese carbon frame and carbon wheels with discs will continue to be ridden into the ground for the winter months :p

You're joking right?

I'ts glorious here this morning, i'm loading my bike in the car to take to work so i can get another ride in on my break this afternoon. I reckon i'll be able to squeeze a few more out this month yet, and hopefully into October when my long bib set comes.

I'll need to look into a fluid turbo trainer in a few weeks though for winter as i don't even want to take my bike out in the rain, let alone ice and snow lol.

Lucky for me though, i've got another summer to look forward to down under ;)

It definitely feels Autumnal here. Not super warm or cold most of the time but pretty wet and the floors are starting to get slippy.

Our Asgard shed has arrived. I asked my wife last night if it had been delivered and she said "yes, the bits are propped against the wooden shed." What she didn't realise was there were about 20 other bits down the side of the house. :p

I need to get the existing shed moved and put some concrete down for ground anchors before building the new one. Once that's all done I might have some time to actually ride my bike. :p

Nice work :) Congrats.

I'll have to click my SPDs together three times and repeat "there's no frame like steel, there's no frame like steel".

Hahaha

I wouldn't have liked to be carbon wheels and frame in the wind yesterday I had here. Nearly ended up in a ditch as it was. I hate it when it's windy more than the rain!
