NASA to make "major" Mars announcement tomorrow

Due to rsl? If so what are the chances it's under ground water compared to atmospheric? Either way would it be too much to hope for microbial life?

Apparently the presenters are Lujendra Ojha of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Jim Green the director of planetary science at NASA, Michael Meyer the lead scientist of the Mars Exploration Program, Mary Beth Wilhelm of Georgia IT and NASA’s Ames Research Center, and Alfred McEwen of the University of Arizona in Tucson.

Lujendra Ojha and Alfred McEwen have been trying to figure out Recurring Slope Lineae so it's a good bet that they have worked out how these are formed. They have suggested that formation is by the intermittent flow of briny water. So it's highly probably that they will tell us the how and the when tomorrow.

A little on RSL (Recurring Slope Lineae):

I can't wait to hear about what has been discovered.

Have they discovered a Spar bag with unknown contents, which regularly appears at the same location only to disappear shortly after?
