Bloody immigrants not respecting the law

Oh this is hilarious. You ask what I am going to do about something and then post to a Facebook post as some sort of defiant act. Thank god you showed ISIS what for by posting on Facebook! So much more effective than OCUK! :D

LMFAO :D

Does it makes any difference? It is just one guy story that proves nothing....Saudi Arabia is going to be always Islamic Saudi Arabia with all the beheading, inhumanity etc.

Has he got to come back to a country he turned his back on 25 years ago or can he stay where he is?

Almost certainly he'll be deported. It's only the UK where immigrants who commit crimes are allowed to stay because deporting them would violate their human rights.

Sauce .....

The law clearly states that if an immigrant serves a minimum of a 2 year custodial sentence then they can serve this sentence in their country of origin or will be deported post completion of the sentence

Thanks, is this always the case or an exception ?

You may want to have a closer look at the real figures

http://www.migrationobservatory.ox.ac.uk/briefings/deportations-removals-and-voluntary-departures-uk

Doesn't appear to be an exception: http://metro.co.uk/2012/07/15/uk-bo...-to-deport-child-rapist-sani-adil-ali-494710/

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-15467480

The number who are not deported or cannot be deported at the end of their sentence is increasing, the independent inspector of the UK Border Agency said.

John Vine said the majority of successful appeals against deportation were made on human rights grounds.

3 out of the 10's of thousands that are here, I presume you never followed the link with the real data

Guess you never bothered reading the second link

All your "real data" shows is the scale of the problem we have in this country with foreign criminals. Just because tens of thousands of foreign criminals do get deported doesn't make it OK that an immigrant child-killer and an immigrant child-rapist were allowed to stay in this country because of their right to a family life.

Re-read your original statement - so you now agree that these cases are exceptions not the rule
