Double an S2.0 (£140) was just a rough approximation, in actual fact there is a LOT more, this is all of the 5mm acrylic which goes into an L1.0 and X1.0 respectively. In addition because the L1.0 panels are much larger they don't tessellate as efficiently into a standard sheet of acrylic.

All of our cases are cleaned and packed by hand, and when required (for custom orders) they will also be assembled and inspected prior to shipping. They are all shipped disassembled as it makes packaging, storing and shipping a lot easier for everyone and many of our customers love the experience of building them.

Was just trying to cut myself and others a discount so i could buy one of those awesome cases, loved the ITX ones, always fancied an ATX version if it ever came. Just £300 seems a little too high that is all :)
 
As I mentioned earlier on they are producing a smaller ATX case called the M1.0 which will be cheaper based on the build from the Krait build log. They mentioned it in another forum actually.

Wait and see how much they will charge.
 
Shame your build log has been spoiled by talk of costs, guys if you want to talk costs of cases do it in the case sub-forum don't spoil what looks like a gorgeous build log.

With regards to the actual log, I think it looks stunning, as with all the others. Its a big thumbs up from me and I love the case design, the front panel in particular just l lovin those design cues.

I always like seeing builds in the Parvum cases, especially when they have hardware as beefy as this :D. Just wondering though, how resistant is the acrylic to damage and scratches as one aspect of these cases that put me off these cases is I don't want something as delicate to scratches like the Piano black style finish. I do love the Pavrum style though :D

Can't wait to see more of the system :)

The frosted colours are far more hard wearing than polished acrylics and quite similar in texture to the powder coat you would find on a steel case and have a similar resistance to scratches and finger prints. They really aren't delicate, our LAN rigs get some serious abuse and still look just as sharp. Avoid piano gloss black though, sadly as soon as it gets dusty it's difficult to clean without scratching despite the inertial dramatic look. We are always look for new and interesting acrylics to use too :) All of the retail cases are frosted black or satin white with translucent frosted accents.
