Have you researched your interviewer?

If not, this is what you do:

Go on the interviewers browsing history and see what he/she likes

If they are a classy sort, buy yourself any pair of black shoes you can polish up and be done with it.

If they are a classy sort with a dominance fetish then black stilettos are you best bet.

If they a vegetarian, go bare foot.

If they recently ordered any 70/80s music, then platforms would be the obvious choice

If they have many young children, wear jelly sandles, they will appreciate the practicality and cost effectiveness

If they have a foot fetish, then the world is your oyster, go with something different and ambitious

Little bit of a bump here. I should say that I'm quite capable of buying shoes but just not sure exactly what should go with a Dinner Jacket.

It's our work christmas bash next week and I've picked up a DJ but want a pair of shoes that will go with it but won't break the bank.
