It's just a model variation, not the colour. Black is the top model, silver the rung below.

Black can do 4k @ 30fps, silver 4k @ 15fps.
Black does 1080p @ 120fps, silver 1080p @ 60fps.
Black does 720p @ 240fps, silver 720p @ 120fps and so on.
