Call of Duty 2015/Black Ops 3?

Well I can vouch that having a tinpot internet service doesn't make you a god in this game. Last night I was going .5kd in many games and realised I was accidentally uploading a torrent on the pc (not pron). It got a bit better after this but I certainly still notice the shoot first die first scenario as the evening gets towards 10pm. I'm on up to 16mb plusnet btw. :P

Edit: Since the latest update the connections in this seem a whole lot worse.

I use the same as you and I can hear them. Well more so now that I use dead silence, dont use awareness, but even before I unlocked dead silence I could still hear them.

What annoyed me was turning a corner thinking it was a enemies footsteps but it was my teams!!

I have a headset (mixamp but not a40's) and I can hear them though they aren't particularly loud. I find if I am in a party or lots of gun fire nearby it can be hard to make them out without awareness on.
 
With my A50s I can hear footsteps if I losten for them. If I'm using my s&d class (dead silence and whatever the other one's called) then nearby enemies sound like they're elephants wearing oxfords, stomping all over the place. Of course my team are always talking over it.

On another note, the Weevil can do one, what a crap gun. It'll be my third gold SMG and I'm really struggling to carry on with it, it's awful.

Day off work. Great, get a bit of gaming in thinks I. Great this morning, getting RAPS on a fairly consistent basis, all is well. Then BOOM, I suck all of a sudden. One guy killed me 8 times, couldn't kill him once. At one point we had a blackbird up and I was even prefiring before he came around the corner, and bam - dead.

We should put together a diary of when this game is decent and when it's completely and utterly ****ed and unplayable so we can at least get our money's worth for an hour or two a day.

What a piece of ****.
 
Happened to me in my first game last night, a Spaniard killed me three times in a row in the game in progress I joined, he must have been laughing his ass off, I couldn't even strike fast enough to get any bullets off. Ridiculous.

It's so frustrating when it happens as well because there is literally nothing you can do.
 
What annoys me the most is that it's not occasional either. I could stomach it if it was a game here or there, I understand how P2P works so that'd be no biggie. What gets me is that it's like a switch. It's as if the game goes "ok, their turn now" and just gives enemies a huge advantage. I just snuck up on a camper on Combine (you know the ones, LMG in the top floor corridor) and got a headshot off him. Must've taken at least 3 bullets before anything registered.

What a joke. If this doesn't get sorted I'll be removing this and sticking it on the shelf, this just isn't worth the frustration.

Headshot isn't an insta-kill is it? There's multipliers like 1.1x..So if a gun dealt 30 damage, getting a headshot would deal 33 damage. So it would still take 4 shots to kill. If you mean 3 shots before any hit markers appearing then fair enough.
But generally speaking I agree with this game sometimes being terrible in the sense my bullets seem to be made of cheese.
