I've read a few reports from pundits saying that 'Chelsea should've played like today all season'
And a welcome point it was too
Mark Lawrenson was the worst. Kept babbling on all day about how disgusting the players are, and said 'it tells you all you need to know about modern footballers'.
Yeah, a point is always welcome but we really need 3 now. If we were hovering just above the drop zone then a point will do to keep your head above water but we may as well be called Titanic FC.

Welcome to my world! Every week I hope other teams near us lose so we at least have a shot at gaining ground. Been the case for about 5 seasons now
This is going to be a depressingly familiar pattern at United I fear. Lets stick with a manager for too long then sack him when there is no one else available who is world class.
LvG should be gone already. He has played **** football 95% of the time since he took over and the only slim positive in his favour was that Moyes had made such a **** up of the job that he almost couldn't lose. Getting top 4 was considered great work after spending a fair amount of money. He is now not even getting average results while playing **** football.
I really hope we have someone lined up already and have looked at transfers for the new manager to make in January otherwise we are going to finish out of the CL if we stick with LvG or end up appointing Giggs until the end of the season. Either one of those ideas is just plain retarded. Giggs has shown nothing to suggest that he could do a good job at United and we don't have one of the best squads of all time and Lionel Messi to paper over any issues in the management like Guardiola did when he took over Barca.

LFC: Bogdan, Clyne, Skrtel, Sakho, Moreno, Lucas, Henderson, Can, Lallana, Coutinho and Firmino.
Really like the look of that team. Watford like to play football and attack so that should give our front three space to play in.
Will be good to see if playing Firmino as a striker works like it did against City because he's been atrocious when played anywhere else on the pitch and has absolutely no impact on the game.

tbf to united fans how long would you be willing to put up with it? how much would you pay to go and watch united atm?
coúple that with the £250m spent, lvg's persona and the clubs mission then it's right to turn on him. he's totally underestimated and not understood what was expected of him imo

It's not really that fast, there has been discontent over the quality of our play all season.
What do you mean. We haven't been convinced of him for a long time now and almost all of us were not keen on keeping him on even if he maintained results and kept us top 4. He hasn't improved us for well over a year, we are playing worse and worse football and now the results have completely gone to pot.
Its not as if we supported him to the core 2 months ago and have turned on him suddenly. We gave him the summer to bring in new players, he did that and with the squad we have, we shouldn't be where we are now and we shouldn't be playing such dull, turgid football.
I don't dislike LvG I just think he isn't up to it anymore and that football has moved on from when he was a top manager. He is out of ideas and doesn't know how to adapt. We have plenty of attacking players and we still play crap football.
The thing is, i don't think people minded as much when the rubbish and boring defensive play was at least getting us results and getting us to the top of the table. Now we are lumbered with terrible football to watch + terrible results which is not good enough. It was working for the early part of the season and we had a decent run of form but it has all gone to crap now.
