It shows it's worth reading the negative feedback comments rather than just going by the numbers. Those replies he wrote say it all about what type of person he is.

On the rare occasions I've received neutral feedbacks I always follow up with polite, factual responses. I like to think it helps..

i think i would just try and cancel the auction and if it is possible afterwards just to leave the appropriate feedback.. not positive.

life is too short to waste anymore energy on it.

I can't just cancel it, sadly, I also can't just close my account (I don't need eBay) as the sponge head has put a non payment claim in.

Its something you need to resolve with eBay. Ignoring it in the hope it'll go away isn't going to work.

He'll potentially file a Non Paying Bidder action against the OP and the OP will potentially receive a strike against his account for non-payment, yes. Three strikes and you're out last time I looked.

I raised a case with eBay days back and have that covered off. My total transactions with eBay in 15 years total 23 buys and no sells . I'm not worried about anything, I was annoyed. There is a difference

You're buying and find that unpleasant. Try selling on ebay and have a **** head buying it.

You will go full postal for the next 12 months. I'd rather do prostitution than earn a living through ebay.

Heh, I only sell my excess junk via eBay I wouldn't attempt to make a living as I don't have a head for business. Nearly 500 transactions later and aside from the odd numpty and the occasional arse trying it on I can't say have any complaints.
