Steam Winter Sale 2015

Haven't pulled the trigger yet, partly due to seeing them much cheaper on some of these key sites.

Resident evil 4, metro bundle and the new order are easily worth those prices. Some very good games there.

Tempted by:

The Witcher 3
The Evil Within
Tales from the Borderlands
Ori and the Blind Forest
Never Alone

Dissapointed that Dying Light isnt cheaper. Hope it comes up for £8 again on CD Keys :(

Finger is hovering over the buy button for :-

  • Running With Rifles (£6.59)
  • Homeland Remastered (£9.44)
  • Angels Fall First (£10.02)
  • Fractured Space (£3.49)
  • Rebel Galaxy (£10.04)

Tempted by ashes of the singularity, kerbal space program, and maybe arma 3,but less likely on that last one. I was a bit surprised to see how many of the games I already have!

I can't wait to play Ashes of the Singularity. But I'm waiting a bit as it's meant to be a work in progress still. It is early access after all. Will it be cheaper is the question.

I dont even know what price Arma 3 is at, but buy it. One of a kind type of game. If you end up liking it, you can sink a very long time into it.

Will decide later on any purchases. Wolfenstein was bought from GMG, so something is bought for now.

In my Steam cart is currently:

Star wars republic commando: £2.09
Quake 2: £1.49
Quake 4: £3.74
Bionic Commando: £1.29
Warhammer Armageddon and DLC: £25.40

The first 4 I will buy. The last one I may wait a while still.

That's exactly where I'm at with it. Don't want to ruin it by playing an unfinished game, don't want to miss out on a decent price compared to launch.

Have they put everything on sale straight away, it looks that way?
Or is there still daily deals? That's the best part for me, checking each day :)

From what I read, whatever is on sale now is all there is. They just display different games on the front page per day rather than you having to look through the catalogue.

Call me cheap but after coming back to PC gaming after a few years, Steam used to be the place for mega cheap sale games, but now with cdkeys and g2a etc it's not even competitively priced any more.

I suppose it saves some people missing out on the daily deals but it's not quite the same.
Yes, there is other sites that offer better deals but I don't think its as exciting as checking on Steam.

Deals that caught my eye:
The Escapists £4.41 (66% off)
Grim Fandango remastered £2.19 (80%)
Brothers: Tale of Two Sons £1.09 (90%)
Skullgirls £2.39 (80%)
Hard Reset £0.99 (90%)
Transistor £2.99 (80%)

Yep those are good deals.

That's a whole lot of gaming for less than £15.

Recommend getting Transistor soundtrack as well assuming that 80% off also.
