i agree its the worst pvp game i've played in a very long time, can't think of a single game out now thats worst then destiny pvp.

i was hoping they will fix issues but same problems still here over a year later.

This is pretty my feelings now, got all three characters to 318/319 and there's no point in trying to grind to 320. Who ever designed rng drops with rng light levels needs shooting :p. Having it played it from the Alpha I've got my money's worth from it, met a load of great players from OcUk, and think that if it wasn't for the social aspect of destiny I would have put it down long before this.

Pre-ordered Divison so looking forward to this, and the customary OcUK clan that will for up for it :D.

The issue doesn't effect thier bottom line, otherwise it would done in 24h :p
 
Yeah just raged quit when for 3 matches in a row I couldn't kill anyone with my arc blade. ***** just too broken at this point and I don't see it improving any time soon.
 
I'd say yes. I started playing again a month ago, and from a PvE perspective I love the raids and strikes, really enjoyed going through them, and not bored yet.

From a PvP front, I'm no great fan of FPS PvP on a console, for me that's the domain of PC gaming with a mouse and keyboard, but that's just my view.

if you enjoy base game, its worth it at £25. Player base maybe getting smaller and bungie have not said anything about next year. (could remove stuff from your current game) if you don't upgrade again.

EDIT: what have i done, we just been ripping the game apart for its faults :(

Hi folks. I just bought the TTK digital download (this one https://store.playstation.com/#!/en...expansions-ttk-three-column-01-ps4-eu-07sep15)

Now in the blurb it states that expansion I & II are also included for owners of Destiny. When I start the game and select location it seems like none of the expansion locations are on the map and I only have the TTK prelude video, but none for expansions I & II (they used to be there Last time I played but admittedly that was months ago). I do have TTK logo above the tower though.

Game has been completely reinstalled tonight too.

Is there something I am doing wrong? I notice on the description page there is a * after the part where it says the expansions are included but it is not then referenced further down anywhere. Additionally the digital download version of TTK listed on the destiny website does not say that the first two expansions are included.

Do I have to do something to trigger/enable the first two expansions? I don't want to start TTK till I have played through them.

So I thought it might be worth updating what has been done so far. After reading the bungie forum I have checked that the add ons are installed. I have three listed one of which is TTK. All are listed as installed.

I have reset my PS4 and still no change. But interestingly I have deleted destiny off the PS4 but the add one are still showing as installed. I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of them :(
Also the game in the PS4 home screen is saying it is version 1.9 but in the game itself it says 2. Something or other.

I am not sure it matters but when I first loaded Destiny after buying TTK it wanted to do a "game data transfer" to the tune of around 15.6GB. I wanted to play a game so after about 7% I decided to close Destiny and play something else with a view to letting it do the transfer later.

I opened destiny again after a couple of hours and at the screen where it should do the data transfer a quick message flashed up "whoops something went wrong" then the game started as normal but no TTK content.

So I closed Destiny down but then it completely disappeared from my system. No game icon, not listed in used disc space or anything. So I reinstalled.

Still no TTK content even though the add on is listed as installed.

Really don't know what to do next. I do not want to do a hard reset and lose everything on the PS4. Anyone got any ideas?

EDIT 2
Also all save data both on the PS4 and in the cloud is not showing. Yet when I install the game my character is there and all my load out and gear is present. Really weird.

Whilst there are lots of rumors circulating on future Destiny updates, price model changes,and Destiny 2, are any of these supported by any facts?

For now I'm just enjoying the PvE, not letting potential future developments influence my enjoyment of the current offering.
 
Ohh Xur has some shiny shiny, I need to find someone on X1 to login on my account and purchase the Mida and Ram whilst I'm away :(

You probably need to level up your character a bit, you can't afaik do TTK content below lvl 25.

In your inventory should be a 'spark' this levels you to 25. It will be on the first character you created if you have one. I wouldn't use it at level 18 though save it for a secondary character.

So what about the first two expansions? Do I need to be a higher level to play them as well?
 
Well I completed the story mode by level 18 and didn't play any further. Looks like I may have to do some more grinding before I play any further. Kind of annoying but hey ho. Thanks for the help :)

Still knackered? Can't just be wonky net routing they must have messed something up.

I say no more Destiny but I would like to tick off the lighthouse once, me oweo and Greboth managed 8-0 before two losses a few times. If it was fair I'd be up for doing it sometime but the game seems to be broken ATM.

Should just be able to quickly grind too 25 and I think the taken king quests start there. From 25-40 its not too bad maybe 4-5hours work. But the real grind starts at 25, which will consist off story missions till you hit 240light then just spamming strikes and maybe court of orxy.

Trials is normally okay, did a lot last week and only a few games where stupid laggy but everything else is just unbearable at the moment.Took a screenshot earlier where one game I had a green bar and everyone else was red or low yellow (Sure I was red for others). Its just getting worse. Today also has all the xmas noobs so I'm thinking its less about lack of players and maybe something they did actually tweak. What will be the real tell is on the 29th and SRL goes.

Also ****ing thorn is back :(, really hope they never make a year2 version.
