Is there any such trays that are oven proof, microwave proof and reusable.

There was some ones in Tesco that said they were, but if they get slightly to hot, they wilt and misshapen and then the lids don't fit.

Not so useful when freezing in bulk.

Yea they are, and they're the only things that meet the criteria you specified.

You can get Pyrex the same size as a standard takeaway tray that come with a lid for storage. Good for freezing, microwaving and oven use. Ikea do a version that is slightly cheaper too.

Failing that just freeze in sandwich bags and turn out the contents into a dish for reheating.

I'd be saying either pyrex with lids (which are what I use) or maybe something like these silicone ones . They aren't cheap though. Anything else I can think of is either OK for microwave or the oven but not both.

Go for the bags. When you take them out of the freezer, quick run under the tap to melt the contents a little and the food will just slide right out!

Yeah I prefer zip bags as well, take up less space, and you get like 30 in a pack.

When I get meat from the butchers it's handy so if I got big tray of chicken like 10 breasts, I place 2 in each bag and pull out and defrost what I need etc..

Easy peasy.

Are (Chinese) takeaway ones actually suitable for the oven though?

Those ones on Nisbets Moses linked to doesn't mention the oven.

The foil/metal ones can be bought in Wilkinsons. I use them when I want to make small lasagnes. The sell the plastic ones too but obviously don't put those in an oven, they'll melt.

If you want microwave, oven and freezer proof then you have to go for pyrex.
