Everytime I try the download url on the Samsung site (yesterday and today), I get...

From January 11 - January 15, 2016, there is a daily limit on the number of the Samsung Magician v4.9.5.

Does anyone else have the same issue, or another URL I can try please?

What a positively odd policy!

Stand by for "my PC became infected with something nasty after updating Samsung Magician through non-official site" threads.
 
That's a ridiculous policy, if a company the size of Samsung either can't or won't provide enough bandwidth to cope with the increased downloads of a new software version then they aren't a company I want anything to do with.

My current Samsung SSD (my 4th from them) will be my last.

Its just a problem with that file, as any other link I tried on that page is fine, has anyone raised a support ticket?

Grabbed mine off Guru3D.
