***The Official OcUK Lego Thread***

Does it do something clever like join together and unfold? Seems weird being 3 separate blocks on their own.

It does slot together and make one structure, they haven't done a very good job of showing that in the lego show video or the pictures. Only one shows it together and you can see the pins just about that slot together on the right hand side of the center section.

My son saw it and thought it was very cool. I don't tbh, I would have preferred something more along the lines of the ghostbuster car and 4 or 5 figures. The batmobile and a 5 figure display would make them far more than this bodge job.

For £220 you'd want a massive cave or the Wayne Mansion, not 3 random structures and lots of little bits.
The 3 structures link together. It looks better from the other side.

I would've liked a 2 storey house with top floor decorated like a mansion and the bottom like the bits above with a helipad on the top.

This set looks half done.

I'm sure some talented builders will build out the rest of Wayne Manor... and a proper cave to go with it too!

Lego Design video now up (if it hasn't been posted already!)

Ok, curiosity got the better of me. I can recognize the Falcon and Imperial Star Destroyer, think the top right is the Rebel Blockade Runner, but not 100% sure. Can't recognize the 4th one though, with the red strip in the middle. Can anyone recognize it ??

I could be wrong, but I think it's a Venator-class Star Destroyer.

Its a Venator class star destroyer. MOC though, not an official set.

Thanks, if it is a MOC build then that explains why I couldn't find it. :p

To bad though, liked the look of it and might have considered buying it. Will have a look through the MOC shop at Bricklink and maybe there is some instructions if it is there.

It's by a guy called Anio, you can purchase instructions from him, its massive though, 5000 pieces so i hope you want a challenge :D

Made my first foray into bricklink. I managed to use legos pick a piece shop to get some missing pieces for my republic dropship but alas a white flat 12x3 wedge was missing and couldn't get it from Lego.

Found somebody in France selling one for 1p plus p and p so hopefully can complete the set. Are most sellers fairly reliable when just buying one piece from them?

I've used them once and the product and delivery were all good. What happened in my case was i made the order, order goes to guy, guy checks he has it all and confirms its ok, you pay, you get the stuff. Takes a bit longer but it allowed me to get bits for my pirate island and pirate ship.

Yeah, it threw me a bit because you order, get the order confirmation, then you have to wait until they send you the invoice with paypal details etc, then pay them, then they post it. Its as you would expect, a bit clunkier than say, ebay.
