Already got some silvered indicator bulbs, will put them in when I have the bumper off to change the headlight and the other bulbs. :)

Though to be honest, I don't mind the orange tinge.

Mountune 165, decent mileage, and only slightly ruined (easily reversible)

Good buy for £2500 I reckon!

Remove the stick on tat and wind the suspension back up and you'll have a £3500 car. :D
 
It is the red Fez. Not a very good advert, rubbish pics to put people off and him not listing a few bits missing (which I will rectify for £50) = an agreed price, of course providing it meets his description after speaking for an hour, of £2390. Hopefully it could be a good punt :)
 
Had the 1st service done on my Fiesta ST. Pretty pleased about the free ford assistance that is renewed everytime you have a service at a ford dealer (even after it is out of warranty I believe). Pretty comprehensive cover as well with homestart, hire car etc. and it is with the AA
 
mot passed, no advisories or any other blips.. cool I guess, bar the big rust issue underneath which was reported by the mechanic!
 
Had an 'engine systems failure' warning come up again and then went into limp mode :(

OBD reader says it's a P2125 (Ford Focus Mk2)
Throttle position sensor.

I had this problem about 9 months ago, and replacing the battery fixed it (low voltage error). Can't see it being the battery again?
 
Ordered a little list of bits for the MX5 this morning

4x AD08Rs
Silicone top rad hose (Needed to clear my planned intercooler pipework run and fit my alloy rad)
Plugs and filters
Some Redline MT90 as I've got nothing to say when the gearbox oil was done
Some cheap GL5 diff oil (No point putting anything fancy in it as intended on replacing it with an LSD in the future)

And then itll be time to book my first track day sometime soon as the car will be in good shape
 
I have a long list of things to do to my car, but it is so damn cold at the moment that I can't even bring myself to wash it! :p
