I almost certainly have not been scammed on ebay, any ideas?

Do non of you think it's a bit convenient that royal mail told him this morning that the item is missing, at 6.40am?

He sent the item without a tracking number to give me, yet he says he will be notified when the item is signed for

The item was expected to be here today, yet at 640am this morning he was told the item is missing

It would make more sense that he would be told tomorrow, the day after the due date

I'm aware of the process, I wasn't aware that ebay/paypal will refund you regardless

so thanks for clearing that up guys This has never happened to me before

Who cares, maybe he never sent it as got a better offer from someone else. Go get a refund like he suggests and don't order phones from eBay again.

I was aware that this could potentially happen, I was unaware that I could still get a refund even if he cleaned out his ebay/paypal and closed it, thats all

and yes, I still think he has done this on purpose, scammed may be harsh, but there was never a phone and he certainly hasn't sent one out
