Should i go to A&E?

Hey.

I'm back. A&E Was empty. I was booked in a seen within 10 mins.
I was then prodded, and yup its painful.
Anyway, Xrayed it, and i chipped the bone (Tiny chip). Hence the swelling and pain.

Was just told to take some Paracetamol alongside my Codeine and it should heal sooner rather than later.

People saying i was wasting A&E time... well that's how i felt, until i was seen, xrayed and out within 90mins! It was a 5 min drive away. Now I'm back at work.

lucky boy. I broke my wrist a few months ago, went into A&E at about 22:30 on a Friday night and got back home at 11:00 Saturday morning. that was a fun fun night :(

Dont forget, pretend not to speak English, and look a little trampy to jump the line.

What actually works apparently is being hysterically upset. Like way beyond reason.

This is apparently because it causes more distress in the ward and can further slow things down.

I got a lift to A&E when my shoulder was dislocated, sitting in a waiting room with a clearly dislocated shoulder was the worst, I wish they just hit me up with pain meds until they could reduce it!
