Err maybe the OP would have helped? thats just 1 post? Or maybe the fact that the article that was just posted IS actually talking about people NOT reading the whole thing?

Social media started spreading around the original RIP Leslie news articles because they didnt read the dates and thought it had just happened.

However Hazzard posted that very article here and people are proving the point EXACTLY. You've got people going "errr he died 6 years ago", well congrats maybe read properly. And you got people going "Rip Leslie"...

It popped up on my Facebook feed on Tuesday and I thought it had just happened, until I Googled it.

I will admit that two days ago I was talking to my mate on the phone and we were discussing Bowie, Lemmy & Glen Frey and then he suddenly announced "Bloody hell, I'm scrolling down Facebook and Leslie Nielson has also died" and I was none the wiser.

It took me a Google to confirm. I read it on BookFace and thought "isn't he already dead?" ... But then I've also thought that about some people that had actually only just died.
