I've found a bike
I'm on nights though so can't go and view it until at least a week tomorrow, he's said he'll keep it for me though. Mmmm that's nice, not normally a fan of the kwak green but it doesn't look too bad, maybe as my next bike
Nah, thieves park bikes in a location a few miles away from the theft and watch it for a few days to see if anyone arrives. Much easier than stripping it to find a tracking device.
Mine was parked up in a building site on a council estate. Might even be the builders who were involved, it was all a bit convenient- vans parked in a semicircle around my bike in the corner of a car park, and apparently it just "arrived". No way to pin anything to them.
Lot of older bikes never had them fitted. Or the other one is bypassing the switch if it's broken.
Some people take them off if they break or malfunction.
That seems stupid, he'd have avoided dropping it like he did above.
