Well after playing the beta with my Brother earlier for a couple of hours, this is a day one purchase for me.
I like the 'bullet sponge' and cover system reminds me of gears of war and the customisation of weapons and levels of Borderlands..
Graphics are decent..
Only worry i have is the size of the map, i know its a beta but at least on Destiny there was various planets etc, this is new york..
Just hope the missions dont get boring too soon

Anybody shed some light on this. Say after a fight in the dark zone, nobody's about and you're 100% in cover, yet you still take damage like someone's shooting you? But it's not going down as fast as someone shooting. Yet it's impossible to even see you? Is it some kind of bleeding or people on a different server somehow being able to see you? Wiped us out a few times, yet we had no idea how.
There is Bleeding/Burning damage I believe
That'll be it! I'd imagine healing yourself would stop this. Cause it was taking all my health haha. Not unlocked the healing yet, will get on the tomorrow.

In the beta, the only unlocked park was a small section of midtown. I read it's from 14th Street up through the 50 or 60th Street.

Ubisoft has released early details on The Division’s post-release content, as the development team has a complete post-launch plan to keep the experience fresh for all players. This includes some information on the three expansions that are included with the game’s Season Pass. These paid expansions not only have new content, but also new gear, and new types of gameplay that are designed to engage players after they’ve completed the main portion of The Division. We have to wait a little longer for specifics on that content, but we do know the names of the expansions, their release order, and a few of the broader details.
The first expansion, called “Underground”, lets a squad of four players explore new territory in a post-epidemic New York City underworld. In the second expansion, called “Survival”, players will have to try to survive in a hostile environment that will challenge even the most hardcore Division players. The third and final expansion is (perhaps fittingly) titled “Last Stand”.
If you hit the streets of The Division’s New York on launch day with the Season Pass, you’ll get some goodies too, including an exclusive sawed-off shotgun as well as new outfits and weapon skins. Season Pass owners also get monthly perks in the form of exclusive content drops and events.
In addition to the Season Pass content, The Division will receive free updates – available to all players – throughout the year. These updates will be built around new game modes, featuring cooperative challenges that reward your squad’s ability to successfully work together.

The comment is about lack of content though.
You can't judge how much there is to do in the game when you only have the beta.
If you were commenting on the graphics however ... But making statements like "this game is crap, not going to bother buying it because it seems like there's nothing to do" is silly when you're only playing the beta with most of the content not in the game. Today's beta's are just the modern version of game demos that have now died out.

For anyone wanting to download the beta just preorder the game for free on the store. It allows you to download the beta demo straight away. If you don't like it cancel the order. No money needed in wallet.

I tried that last night but it wouldn't let me download the beta :/ have you got it working? on PSN?
I did similar, per order on Amazon. If it's not to my liking them I'll cancel the order, no loss to me.
I've got the demo downloaded yea. It's not unlocked to play yet though on ps4.
