It is hideously bright yellow. Thats what would put me off.
The "moving in day" story and continuation..... methinks the lady doth watch too many horror films!
She is genuinely telling people that she see's full torso vapourous ghosts all the time in her house, and she is locked in there due to debt! Hello lady? why not contact that american dude offering a few million for proof of ghosts! invite him for a holiday and profit
All these haunted places and "sightings" yet not a single shred of evidence. The brain creates all these things and camera orbs are merely optical illusions. I've never seen a ghost make a peep in all the abandoned asylums and hospitals I've been to over the years.
It's just a con for people to make some money these days, like psychics who claim they can talk to your dead loved ones.

Don't know a thing about the going rate for houses in clacton-on-sea but who can really be having with rubbish about ghosts.
Buy any house a few hundred years old and quite a few people will have died in them.
If the agents want to push the price a bit by suggesting it's a selling point then stuff em.
A more important factor is that when you buy a place a few hundred years old you'd better like doing DIY to keep the place in repair.
