North Wales Police deliberately mow down dog

Just go to Google and type in 'low speed car flip'. Plenty of videos for you!

just did, stopped after the first 2 as speed was irrelevant (and internet at work is pants) - first car mounted a wall or some other object at an angle causing it to flip, second video another car ran into the rear of another again at an angle and was clearly accelerating (beyond 10 mph).

any chance you could link to a couple of vids where slow moving cars on level, dry surfaces have flipped while turning?

Clearly you missed the bit where I said it collided with the central reservation?

I mean I do understand reading is hard sometimes, dont get me wrong. It normally helps when you're trying to be smart though!

oh my such upset at a simple request! actually I didn't miss the bit where you said it collided with the central reservation. but striking a central reservation at ~10mph should in most instances should not cause a car to flip, there simply isn't enough energy. I only asked if you could link some of these videos you speak of, it was a genuine request as the 2 videos I watched were nothing like what you describe happening, both were vehicles 'riding up' quite an incline while accelerating before flipping. not sure where the upset is coming from?!

I mean I do understand you are getting your pants in a twist cause you think no one believes your little story :p

fyi I neither believe nor disbelieve your tale, I just would genuinely like to see a video similar to your experience to see how it happened.

Low speed. Flips. Granted, it collides with a car and not the central reservation and kerb like the woman I saw did.

And another, very low impact.

Clips a verge at low speed.

Really not going fast though does accelerate.

Its the going sideways from swerving at 10MPH that was the main issue. :p

I can see it happening it he swerved at 15MPH and hit the crash barrier with the front wheel and went over. So I reckon it happened, I'm not calling you a liar. Just saying that the exact details seem a bit unlikely.

And another, very low impact. again not sure on the speed, the majority of the traffic may possibly be going about 10mph, but the car that flipped was going quite a bit faster - hard to tell to be honest.

Clips a verge at low speed. - can't get that to load at work for some reason - will look later at home

Really not going fast though does accelerate. that was one of the ones I already had a look at, initially going very slow - but the vehicle began accelerating and continued to do so

don't see enough in there to convince me (not saying your lying) I just can't see how a car striking a kerb at 10mph could flip.

was the car broadside when it hit (sliding) or did it strike at an angle?

Angle. As I say she was going round a roundabout. Swerved to avoid a pothole.
This meant her arse swung out, she over compensated, hit the kerb with her front passenger wheel which lifted it, back end came round hit the kerb, bounced up, hit central reservation then bam. On her roof.

Think someone, possibly in the Motors section actually worked how much force was needed to flip a car over a few weeks ago. It apparently doesn't take much to raise the centre of mavity to a point where it overturns the car. Maybe someone who is good a Physics could work it out for us.

That actually makes it all the more intriguing. I would guess that she would have been braking thus decelerating in that scenario so her vehicle wold have been losing energy. I just find it hard to imagine how thee would be enough energy to cause a car to flip. But hey ho seems it can happen. Might try to old company car out at some point :p

vile thing to do. there is absolutley no need.

close the road and rescue the dog you don't run it over. of course its going to bite it would be terrified of what is going on!

how is it ok to take a life instead of closing the road and making a few people late. some people disgust me.

if the police were there they could have easily coned off the road to save the dog they have dog handlers for christ sake get one of those grabby poles and job done. another example of morons being allowed into the police force
