Most of those attempts were laughably bad. Others were actually quite dangerous, the one where the guy lied down in the middle of the pedestrian crossing in particular could have caused serious injury. I wonder how often footage like this leads to the scammers getting prosecuted though.

I presumed this was Russia, so is it to do with an insurance payout (after being struck by a vehicle), or is it to do with something else?
