Caught on CCTV: Moment woman attacks member of the public

Haha this is about 3 mins from my Mums place :P

I know its wrong. There is no justification in what the guy did but at the same time what the hell is she thinking trying to slyly slap him in the chops like that? He
"reflex" reacts instantly and retaliates, again i know its wrong but a little part of me thinks "stupid woman"

The total lack of respect people show each other these days i dunno what anyone was thinking. Why do people get so stupid when it comes to parking spots and car road rage.
 
Not really surprising that a chav is going to react like that to being swung at, is it the best way to deal with it? Certainly not. Another case of play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
 
Whelp, if you decide to take a swing at someone be prepared for them to swing back. You can't play the "I'm a Woman" card or "I have MS" card when you choose to physically attack someone.

Personally I wouldn't have even considered parking there unless it was some kind of emergency which it doesn't appear to be - just that aspect alone makes them scum to me. They certainly didn't hurry to vacate the spot when approached. While I can appreciate that people like that especially if the same person(s) do it repeatedly, etc. can really wind someone up she kind of stepped right into that smack to the face.

Due to his reaction in hitting that woman. He didn’t have to do that. In a civilised society that behaviour is just not acceptable. His reflex reaction just shows that he is just another low life without very much intelligence. Sadly, there are many like him in our society who react without thinking of the consequences.

Yet she or her husband are not scum for resorting to violence in the first instance?

To be fair that sort of reflex has little bearing on intelligence. The basis of a reflex is an uncontrolled reaction to stimuli is it not?

Back in the real world where women beat and kill men, then you are justified in defending yourself with physical force irrespective if the attacker is a man or a woman.

Oh, and lol at that punch she threw, why on earth was she doing that when he was obviously leaving.

She won't be doing that again :p

His reaction to any provocation is to hit out which just show how intelligent he is.

She didn't step into it, she was the direct cause of it. You can't pick up any indications of violence from driver nor passenger in the video until after at least one attack has taken place.

It might not have been an emergency, but what if the driver thought it was before arriving where he needed to, and then getting into the place next door and/or on the phone? He's on the phone when he's driving back. There could be any number of legitimate reasons for parking where he did; we don't know otherwise from the evidence at hand.

That said, I can also fully understand someone being riled if it's happening constantly. Going by the cone on the roadside it might well be a regular occurrence, but we have no idea whether that driver has ever been there before. If he was known to them there wouldn't be a manhunt for him..

The strange thing there then, is that you completely glossed over the fact that he was not the aggressor. There was one, perhaps even two people attacking him. It looks that way, though we cannot be sure.

Why is he scum, but she is not? He was attacked in broad daylight.
 
Firstly CHAV scum :mad:

Secondly it looks like the chav started a fight off camera with the older guy. This is why the woman rushes over to get involved and swings at the chav.

Im surprised the police are still looking, have they tried the tesco express (:D) shop next door where the guy was shopping (and possibly has an account with address etc but certainly their shop cctv as well?)

I was hoping i would get another ending...one where about 10 passersby grab hold of the chav and restrain him till the police arrive...sigh sadly not to be.


All that because he feels he can park where he likes...utter scum.

She tried to punch him in the face and he retaliated. Man or woman doesn't matter. Why do people still get worked up over a man hitting a woman and not a man hitting a man or woman hitting woman?
The woman shouldn't of tried to hit him, she started it unless the chav did something off camera.

The video doesn't bear that assumption up really. As he obviously had verbal provocation from the business partner, as he stopped entering the car and went off camera to the right, but he didn't hit the guy.

He only took a retaliatory swing after she (tried) to hit him, which is fair enough imo

Not necessarily what I would do in the circumstance, but I wouldn't call him scum for that.
