Caught on CCTV: Moment woman attacks member of the public

Firstly CHAV scum

Secondly it looks like the chav started a fight off camera with the older guy. This is why the woman rushes over to get involved and swings at the chav.

Im surprised the police are still looking, have they tried the auto-parts shop next door where the guy was shopping (and possibly has an account with address etc but certainly their shop cctv as well?)

I was hoping i would get another ending...one where about 10 passersby grab hold of the chav and restrain him till the police arrive...sigh sadly not to be.

All that because he feels he can park where he likes...utter scum.

he parked illegally, he attacked the older man then he attacks a 50 year old woman with multiple sclerosis.

There are a lot of assumptions here. Firstly, you assume the bloke attacks the driver rather than the other way around when all evidence points to (not proves) the contrary, then she attacks him and he retaliates, he's parked in that space for under a minute going on the clock on the video.

How do you know he's a chav? Is it solely on the basis that he is wearing track pants?

If it was a reaction then yes fair enough but I was disputing the lack of controlling a reflex makes him lack intelligence.

Kind of like if someone suddenly wakes you up from sleep - you are probably going to defensively make a reflex offensive action before your thought process kicks in.

Thats not clear at all. The chav storms over to the older man clearly intending to have a go. Why doesnt he get in his car and go??

It isn't clear but it does look like he become confrontational but not contact physical and the guy makes an offensive physical motion towards the chave - the chav's mate on the other side of the car also reacts as if its about to get physical and the chav actually seems to have second thoughts and decide not to turn it into something physical (notice how he lets the women sort of drag him back and goes towards getting into the car - he has clearly changed his mind over the situation).

You can see the other guy's hand/arm motions stick out beside the wall for a moment as well as what is reflected in the bonnet.

Sometimes people just react on instinct. Its very easy to say hes a scumbag but its the womans belief that she is somehow immune to retaliation that gets her knocked out.

Her own dumb fault. She attacked him purely because she believed she wouldnt get hit back. But unfortunately she was wrong.

Now I would never hit a woman, but I certainly dont condemn this guy as much as some might.

I am not convinced that you watched the same video to me.
I am unaware of signs prohibiting parking.
He was there for a few minutes, looked like the woman and the man were walking away, and the walked back to have a go at him for parking
They continued, had a go at the passenger.
Then something was said, or something done to the font of the vehicle off camera to spark him from actually departing.
Then she shoved him, pushed him back, swung at him, before he jabbed her.

It must have been a much better punch than it looked on camera if it actually fractured her jaw. Seemed a reactionary jab.

He might be scum, that shouldn't overly have a bearing, but he doesn't seem overly in the wrong in this case to me.

I know hes a chav based on his attitude, combined with his aggressive behaviour. He and his buddy could have drove off but they didnt. They had a clear chance to drive off after he had been to the shop. The elderly chap obviously unwisely says something to the chav which sparks him off. The chav rushes over and they two struggle but it isnt clear. His mate also comes over to the elderly gentleman as well. Probably to assist his m8 in attacking the law abiding elderly gentleman (otherwise why does he rush over as well? to help the elderly chap lol)

The two chavs just think they are a law unto themselves and heaven help anyone who stands up to them which is what these two elderly law abiding people did and unfortunately they came off worse for it.

To me it looks like she attacked him first so he has a right for self defense.

If it was me I would have tried to walked away but in the moment you don't always think about doing that.

Wow, you can tell they are law abiding from that video, that's impressive!

They run a business, I bet they are dirty scum tax evaders ;)

You don't know anything about him other than what's in the video - unless you have extra evidence to offer?

All you actually know is he parked somewhere, someone else didn't like it and ended up physically attacking him as he was about to leave, for which he retaliates and gets the hell out of there. That's all we know from the video.

Why is it that you think the 'elderly gentleman' is law abiding? How could have been saying anything and the reflection in the car sees the gent. of which you speak moving towards the driver, not the other way around.

The woman was certainly not law abiding. We know she tried to physically abuse someone. She got back what she'd tried to dish out, a punch in the chops. Unfortunately for her she picked on the wrong bloke.

He exhibited no aggressive behaviour up until he moved to the front of the car, even then he only seemed to be matching the attitude those 2 had been giving off from the very start of the video.

Zoomed in and slow motion while the chav seems to be getting into the older guy's face a bit he doesn't actually make contact - the older guy actually seems to go physically for the chav - which is why his mate suddenly moves over - as his mate is moving over the first chav appears to step back and starts walking away instead of getting into something physical - at which point he kind of lets the women march him back and goes as if to get back into the car before the women swings at him.

Lads i can assure you they are all scum because they live in Romford/Hornchurch so you dont need to make assumptions. She is probably a bit feisty too.

Blatant chav scum - but why the couple decided to pick a fight is beyond me.

As someone mentioned what with the cone being there it is probably something people do often and has them riled up in some ways can't blame them as there is only so much you can take of that kind of thing.

I did wonder whether her reaction is a defensive reaction because the car driver does something to the husband.

What happens when folk of a less than tolerant disposition collide. When she misses the boy completely, it did make me smile.

I think we can blame them, just because it happens often doesn't mean you can be physical with someone - especially when it's been for literally 1 minute. They don't know this bloke so that indicates he's not a regular visitor.

Take down the registration and report them. Issue them with a ticket. Have a metal pole sunk into the foot of the property. There are many approaches that don't require attacking a member of the public.
