Caught on CCTV: Moment woman attacks member of the public

Deserved it, equal rights and all that.

I agree women play the whole want same rights when in fact they have more rights then men do now and they are still moaning.

The other thing is I hear women saying they should be allowed to compete with men but when things like this happen it's all a man should never hit a women it's wrong for me if a women attacks a man then it's fair game for him to hit back.

Why isnt ahe being charged with assult given the clear video evidence of her asaulting somone?

The only thing I can think of is that no-one has come forward to press charges.

Would be funny if he did. One of his mates take the grand off her bit on the side and then she gets slammed for assault :D

I'm saying their behaviour was aggressive (which includs their car driving which is also evidenced by them knocking the cone over and driving away with the elderly chap still hanging onto the door)

They initiated this whole thing. If they had parked legally somewhere else this whole event would not have happened.

Indeed, but sadly we are dealing with a different species here that knows only aggression and violence to get its way.

That was also my view and your previous posts.

Tracksuit bloke acts like a scumbag. Clear to see from his body language and the fact that he kicks off the physically aggressive part of the confrontation by storming toward the husband.

So what if the guy said something? You laugh at him, get in your car, and drive off -- because you're quite clearly done with your business there.

But no... he's gotta get all jumped up in an elderly bloke's face and then punch a woman while giving it all the "come at me bro".

Oh yeah, and then of course leg it from the scene as chaotically and uncontrolled as possible just so he doesn't have to face the ramifications of his actions. Big man.

Stupid woman for throwing one at him in real-time slow-mo, though.

I'm gonna go with "both of them are idiots".

Isn't there some sort of argument / scuffle between the grey tracksuit wearing chav first (you can see in the reflection of the bonnet?).

Also, it's clear from the moment they park up, they're clearly arogant chavs.the style of driving, the clothes, their mannerisms... would have probably be disrespectful without any provocation.

If someone so much smaller and weaker than me, took a swing at me, I would never hit them straight back. It's nothing to do with being "instinctive" or "in defence". The instinct if anything is "oh let's distance myself and avoid doing anything stupid".

If you look at the reflection the old man goes for the younger guy.

Or they were in a rush? Also why did the old thugs go back when they were leaving anyway?

And finally.. its called a "fight or flight response" for a reason, differs from person to person.

Devils advocate or what really happened?......

Appears to me that the old mans bad attitude caused this incident, from the very start of the video he instantly becomes angry at the 'chavs' parking, walks over to give him i imagine a very rude and hoity toity request to move immediately - how very dare you / get of my land etc maybe?

You can almost read his mind as he sees the car and approaches thinking to himself iam gonna give this guy a ear full etc also rather aggressively waving him arms, almost seems he and the woman are quite aggressive in trying to use their physical presence to block the 'chavs' path and force him to get back in the car and move immediately rather than approaching him to have a civil conversation, note how the old man seems to use his arm to bring the 'chav' to a stop near the rear corner so he can give him an earful but 'chav' passes him then the old woman moves and extends her arm as a gesture to stop him/block his path again.

'chav says im just popping to tesco/cashpoint etc will only be 30 seconds and walks off intending to come straight back and move asap, then old man walks pretty fast in same direction maybe intending at first to follow 'chav'? but then walks down side of car and aggressively grabs door and tries to pull it closed when 'chav 2' is half in half out of door? tries to shut 'chav 2' in the door?

Old man then moves to front of car and i would guess is giving 'chav 2' an earfull.

'chav' left shot about 40 second and back by 1:10 about to get in car and leave

Appears old man still running his mouth and escalated the situation rather then just let the 'chavs' drive away.

'chav' moves to front of car with old man - but in reflection appears to stand quite close maybe saying what did you say to me or you cant speak to me like that? then can see in reflection he is moving away from old man - gap between them is increasing it then appears the old man lunges for the 'chav' and chav continue to back up all the time then he appears in shot again backing up around corner of car which is when the old woman becomes involved.

Appears to me old man went for chav for being 'disrespectful' to him thinking he should be able to give him an earful and 'chav' should just take it and appologise profusely showing old man respect and allow him to act the big man etc, and got physical when this didn't happen and 'chav' took offense at being approached and spoken to so rudely from the start.

Old woman appears to me to aggressively grab and push 'chav' rather than just guide him towards car then throws a punch when 'chav' wasn't even looking in her direction? then rather dramatically falls over and stays down for the rest of the video.

Old man then rather than go to help old woman continues to give 'chav' an earfull how dare you hit a woman etc barely looks at old woman to check she is alright etc just focused on argument with 'chav' then when chav goes to leave grabs car door forcefully and then aggressively moves around door towards 'chav' then chav drives off even though old man is in the way of the door - which would be understandable if 'chav' felt under attack.

Old man then doesn't seem to show any concern for the old woman still focusing on maybe following the car until the very end of the video where he may have gone to old womans aid or just gone into the shop still showing no concern for old woman? hard to tell.

If old man had just politely asked them to move and maybe even accepted 'iam just popping to cashpoint will be 30 seconds' they probably would have left within 1 minute apologised and left the situation all smiles, his bad attitude caused the incident and he kept insisting on escalating it.

I'd have done the same as regards the punch (self defence, don't want to get into the whole debate about whether it is sacrilege to hit a woman again), although I wouldn't have then just driven off like that.

Found it a bit weird that the older bloke seemed more concerned with remonstrating with the chav than helping the woman who had been floored, presumably he knew about her condition yet did little to help her for quite a while.

Welcome to Britain, where someone would risk their life starting a fight with a chav despite suffering from a crippling medical issue (not bad enough to stop her from throwing a punch though).

Anyone with half a brain can see the driver doesn't give a toss, so why escalate the thing to the point that someone has their face smashed in. OVER A PARKING SPACE.

When idiots meet idiots.

Couple of drop posts and the problem is solved, easier than getting punched in the face too.

Don't agree with the punch, but that's a different story and no one can comment without being in that particular situation at that time

Stupid of her to get involved like that with her condition let alone swing for him???? You could see he was about to leave.
