Yeah, someone on M3Cutters did too. Got told that they'll be cancelling all the orders when they get their system sorted out.

Surely that's going to be quite difficult for them now that payment has been taken? Normally when these things happen they don't take payment.

They can put refunds through, paypal will need refunds but card payments get a pre auth at the order time but it is a separate process to charge the card that takes 1-3 days depending on issuing/acquiring bank. They can amend this processing file so that the cards are not charged and the pre auth drops off in a few days.

I am surprised they have not resolved the pricing errors on the site yet or blocked it all together.

They can't force a payment for the full price afterwards can they? If they do it'll end up taking my card over the credit limit.

They can't charge you a different amount, they will cancel the order.
