Caught on CCTV: Moment woman attacks member of the public

Ahh now we can see what happened at the other end. Yeah guys a douche. Deserves getting caught.

Having seen that clearly I was wrong in my earlier they're all prats verdict.

Still think the woman was out of line for throwing the punch. Didn't deserve such a punch assuming it was calculated.

The guy shouldn't have punched her but if I was to throw a punch at someone and I got knocked out I would blame myself. You can't start fights and then moan about getting punched back.
 
No I saw that, he was being an idiot for sure, but he was about to leave heading to his car, but then she throws that punch when he is clearly looking at the guy, from this angle you see just how much of his field of view it would have taken up, and would definitely of caused a panic at having someones arm in your face.

She deserved everything she got.
 
I'm struggling to have much sympathy for the woman who clearly threw the first punch (whatever minor scuffles occurred before that) while the guy was most likely about to get in his car and leave.

Perhaps the strangest thing is why would a 'helpless ill woman' decide to throw a punch to start with? Could there be some history we aren't aware of?

An entirely avoidable situation really from all parties, but it'd be hard to prosecute the guy for what is almost certainly self defence.
 
As much as hitting each other is not really anyway to solve a situation (except MMA or Boxing maybe) I cannot think that it was a good idea for anyone to hit a stranger if you are an older woman and your victim is a much bigger and stronger man. As much as it makes me sick to see it happen I think she got it wrong for physically attempting to hit the guy. On the flip side I think this ****** should be nicked but he should be made to be a parking attendant outside the shops that he committed the offence and the court should send along a MMA female fighter to park her car and get in his face, throw him around a bit - punch him in the jaw a few times and then put him in a choke hold for a while before finally putting him to sleep - only then will justice be served.....

Blimey, if all our Nurses broke some old persons jaw for throwing a punch at them, A&E would be even more full.
No excuse for the woman but come on, he had already sized up his opposition and all was needed was a push away.
If he had pushed her away and she slipped hurting herself the Police wouldn't be hunting him.
