yeah.
either use mobile cover place it at a 90 degree to the door T shape with door and cover and then use shield and keep running/spamming shield.
or you can use mobile cover run towards the door and spam/hold the mobile cover and you should place it the other side of the door and you're through.
i can glitch through pretty easily but my gear isnt enough to take out all the dudes on the outside
you're never forced to glitch a mission.
Farming police academy is no more efficient than farming the dark zone.
they've already hot fixed the falcon lost glitch. People were glitching out of the map so they couldn't be damaged, then using sticky bombs to take down the APC. Now players can't damage the APC and the only way to damage it is with the C4.

Sure it is.
I can solo farm materials for crafting more quickly doing that than by running around in the dark zone and there's zero chance of losing them during the extraction process.
I'd be more inclined to run around in the dark zone if they'd made it the primary source for high end gear i.e. 204 and above but it seems that blueprints and crafting are still the way to go despite what the devs said.
you can still sticky bomb the apc (a guy has been streaming for the last 6 hours doing so)
you dont glitch out of the map on this one though, you glitch through a window and then you only have to kill the apc, none of the enemys or turrets will shoot at you. even if you stand smack bang in the middle of the room doing jumping jacks.

I thought the hot fix had stopped that because players couldn't damage the APC ?
That's you being lazy. Nobody is forcing anybody to farm the glitch on police academy.
was working today from the stream i was watching
no, your not being forced but as an example from a new level 30 player with 0 yellow items.
i went into the dark zone (bearing in mind im level 15 in the dz too) and i could get downed with ease. DZ for me wasnt fun, if someone wanted anything i had they could take it easily.
farming the police academy was the only way i could get some new yellow gear to get my stats up to somewhere where i could at least extract something.

I didn't say anyone was forcing me to do it, only that I'd rather spend 15 minutes doing that for mats, craft a weapon to see if I get a good roll then go and run a challenge mission or something than grind away in the dark zone for no real gain.
Sure, they'll patch it out eventually and when they do I wont complain but for now I'll go for whatever I feel is the most efficient way of leveling my character.
If they just made DZ5 & DZ6 a bit harder and drop 204+ high ends by default then this wouldn't be an issue but for now the only point of going in is to grind rank for blueprints or to hunt other players both of which I can't really be bothered with at the moment - at least until all of my gear is at 186 or whatever the level 31 equivalent is.

I'll be on tonight 10 till 1am as usual for DZ/Daily action. Last few days in before heading back offshore Sooner they get better comms on Rigs the better!

This may work because you glitch through the window before the event starts properly.
Can confirm, I'm behind the APC now - nothing can harm you - the enemies ignore you completely and you can sticky bomb it to damage it.
Will take me forever on my own though lol but it does work, a team of 4 with sticky bombs / ammo stations or heals should do the trick though
Edit: Grenades and explosive bullets also seem to do minor damage.

a group of 4 with around 40k skill it still take almost an hour.
the grind doing it solo must be unreal. (im gunna have a go later though - hope i make it past the guys at the start though)

Someone said they fixed the police academy glitch, the one where u throw a mobile cover...go into cover and manage to get into the last bit of the mission.
If that's the glitch you are on about and it's still there then I'm farming that later myself.
