The Division Legendary Agents Trailer :D

I'll be on from 4pm too if you need one more for some DZ loving. Think I'm gear score 180 at the moment, rank 40 DZ so could do with pushing on to 50.

Be good to get a decent weapon rebalance soon, just not worth running anything but an SMG at present. LMGs are pretty handy on PvE stuff for supressing people but you need other people running high DPS to do the damage.

Some great ideas floating around reddit. Personal favourite was regarding LMG's. Make them a CC weapon. Obviously needs working out and balancing but make it so it slows by a % for every consecutive bullet hit. Similar to the striker set piece. But only if the target is out of cover. Enforces the cover shooter theme, also gives tanks a weapon to use that doesn't rely on insane dps.

Jesus from reading around this game just seems like it's turned into a massive mess and reading about everything that's going on tro try and get my head around it is just a minefield and seems very complicated.

I'm still finding it fun but I do agree with the general consensus of reddit.

The main problem is rngxrngxrng.

This is supposed to be an mmorpg so there has to be an element of rng but it's currently a bit crazy.

They should have a specified loot table for each boss but maybe no guaranteed HE drop. Then you can farm the boss until the item you want drops. It could be 1in100, it doesn't really matter. This is how all other mmorpgs work. Or random drops but allow you to re calibrate everything.

Someone on reddit worked out the chance of getting the weapon with talents you want on a drop is something like 1 in 4.1 million. That is crazy.

I think the reason they have done this is because they've realised they don't have enough end game content for hardcores so they've made the grind crazy hard for hardcores (outside of glitching) which in turn has made most things unobtainable for everyone else.

Hardcore players will ahead of the curve. They will have the best gear before the next update hits, that's just the way it is. Massive need to accept this rather than trying to make the best gear unobtainable for almost everyone.

They also need to find some way to balance the DZ.

I'm just reiterating what's been said on reddit really. While I do agree with it I'm still having fun so it doesn't really worry me for now.

My thoughts exactly, I realise that the people who have more time to sink into this game will obviously have the better gear but some of the choices the devs are making are leaving the casual players for dust. The recent info about blueprints being rotated out for the Aug and M1A1 as the latest example, they up the dz rank requirement to 75 and only make them available for a few days.

The advent of Reddit has made communities into crazy min-maxers. It was kinda tolerable in Destiny but as the Division has so much more depth it's gone to a whole new level.

I don't bother looking at the division sub now, just log in and enjoy playing the game. All this fevered over-analysis kinda spoils it for me.

Yep, as someone who doesn't have 12+ hours a day (over exaggeration I know, but still even 6+ hours a day is a stretch) to sink into this game I feel that even taking a week break from the game is of huge detriment to me as a 'casual' player and I feel alienated.

Anyone else come across a problem with the One is None perk? Seems that if it procs on the last bullet in the mag, your gun basically jams on one bullet. Can't reload or fire.

Only way to fix it is to switch out of the weapon and back in, when you then have half a mag?

This game, so many bugs.

Yup I've got that on the MP5 I created last night, absolute pain in the ***.

I ganked a randomer in the DZ after he looted a supply drop, and he dropped a HE First Wave M1A. I extracted it moments later. I bet he was frothing at the mouth ;)

So totally this, i've had to stop reading the division reddit now. Originally looked at it for tips but ended up feeling i'm doing something wrong or missing out, stopped reading it and now enjoying the game a lot more.

I have a magnificent GS of 92 and find it really fun scraping together goodies for extraction in the DZ and hiding from everyone!

I should be online as well.

I have a few of my irl friends who want to try it tonight but they're not geared enough really so we'll probably give up after a couple of wipes. I'll be free after that though. :p

on the same note, im going to first farm the GA for a few runs and then the incursion if anyone is about or just wants to add me.

relatively new level 30 player so need the extra gear drops. GS of 102

Ok I'll add the people I don't have and can get a group together at 5-6 pm if everyone's up for it.

I find I use my AR more than my smg. I like the better range and switch between the two if a mob gets to close or run out of ammo
