Killer Instinct DX12 benchmarks

I will get windows store for this game.

Fyi the game isn't free, to buy the full game with all characters is around 60$. For free you get 1 charcter to use that changes on a monthly basis.

The game shows up in Windows store but I can't download it. It says I need to upgrade windows even though I already have Windows 10.

You need the latest build, even if you have left automatic updates to do it's thing and you are up to date, it doesn't equate to the latest build.

Easiest solution is to join W10 Insider Program, you'll get the latest build which installs just like the W10 upgrade did.

I'll admit I've not read most of the thread, I assume it's just AMD vs Nvidia arguing as per usual?

I'm also guessing this is a story about AMD paying developers to sabotage performance on Nvidia cards?

I say that based on the fact that when Nvidia win benchmarks it's because they paid off developers, so when AMD win a benchmark I'd guess we're making the same assumption (in reverse obviously).

Or is it considered that if Nvidia win a benchmark it's through underhanded tactics and when AMD win a benchmark it's down to AMD making a better product?

Wait, this is an AMD biased forum, it's obviously the second one isn't it?

:D

You seemed really annoyed AMD is winning in a game yet never seemed to be annoyed when Nvidia is doing the same to AMD in another game.

Its trolling posts like this which drag this forum down. You are moaning about the way things are but are so insular, you don't seem to realise you are doing the exact thing you supposedly hate.

Plus if you hate this forum so much, nobody is forcing you to post,LMAO.

Want some vinegar with that salt? make for a nice chippy dinner.

Seriously people getting so hyped over benchmarks and i bet the majoirty of people dont even play this game nor plan on doing so.

I'm on the insider program, but my install is retail. IP is a differnt iso. That said just using regular auto updates. I added KI to my account, but didn't want to install it. If I read it right it installs to the C drive which is a no no for me, with ssd and all. I have a separate ssd raid for games.

But what the five, I turn around and it autoinstalled in silent mode or some ****. Freaking MS.

You think I seemed annoyed AMD were winning a bench thread?
Really from that?

More annoyed about the fuss that's being made about it.

Imagine if over the last few years we had a new thread for every DX11 game that Nvidia did better in.

Lol should know better than to ask that question Greg, seems the growing trend just lately to hate on some thing they don't have :D

Well seeing as not one person said they have it, I think that answers the question. I have not posted in this section for awhile but I see the same tired dross is still going strong. Oh well, as long as people are happy I guess :)

It was clearly made because it's another dx12 game showing the difference between Amd/Nvidia performance. We all want to see dx12 benchmarks because it's the new thing and even you have said you will buy dx12 games just because they are dx12. Although in the case of TitanX/Maxwell you will most likely be better in dx11.

The results don't suprise me much as AMD already look strong in dx12. Add to this the game is ported straight from XboxOne which uses dx12 and AMD/GCN hardware then all the advantage is with AMD in this title.

This isn't DX12 lol, it is DX11 but anything that comes via MS Store won't be in my games collection until they sort out the tripe that it is. Dx12 or not.

Read the last page It was me who done some reading after it was pointed out by Asa. Everyone else at the time including yourself also thought it was Dx12. My reply was before we deemed it was not dx12. The op states Dx12. Looks like we were all duped bar Asa.

Even this site thought it was Dx12 lol

I read your reply to me and couldn't be bothered with any more of the petty bickering. Maybe you should have read up first before assuming? but I don't care in truth. So long as everyone enjoys their games and they run without faults on whatever GPU/CPU/console you have, happy days to me.

Ohhh and just to add, it seems running the game at high refresh rates seems to make the game run double speed (or faster at least) and you have to limit the game to 60Hz to get it to work correctly. LMAO, well done MS :D :D

Nothing I read said it was not Dx12. There was a site I posted above saying it was Dx12. It was only when Asa said I decided I better dig a little deeper before posting some more.

It's another belter of a release but I am sure those that are sentimental of the old game will give it a shot. I am more into Street Fighter myself. The ratings on that page look ok.
