*** The Official Playstation 4 (PS4) Thread ***

My PS4 is ridiculously loud when playing a game, I don't remember it being this loud when I got it at launch. I hadn't really played it for a year so it was just gathering dust until a few months ago.

Anyone know if the Hearts of Stone DLC for Witcher 3 is worth picking up?

I got the season pass so got this as part of it and I enjoyed it and the story once it got going. I found it similar to some of the big chapters from the game. The story wasn't Bloody Baron quality but still enjoyable. I also found the difficulty quite hard at first as well and I had a high level character from the main game as well.

Indeed. I concur. The hearts of stone expansion was hard from the get go. I struggled on one part in particular involving 6 or 7 enemies and a mage on a beach. Had to leave it for a month or two before going back to it. And that was on easy :p

Edit. The storyline is AAA as you'd expect though!

Was definitely worth getting the dlc though despite the beach bit being a bit tough but after 2 goes sussed that bit out and totally enjoyed the rest of it

Got Pure Pool it's pretty good, like it for the most part but feel Hustle Kings does it a little better. I'll definitely be picking up the Snooker DLC didn't even know there as one.

Predicting the angles on some shots is very hard with limited camera views.

Could anyone recommend me a PS4 bundle struggling to find a decent deal.

A few places have mentioned I'm more likely to get the newest chassis going for a 500GB console over a 1TB version, is this still true? If so I'll just get a 500GB version and upgrade the drive.

Never had PS Plus... can someone explain to a POTENTIAL PS4 noob how it works if you stop sub and then restart it later? Do you lose all early games or when you sub you have access to all the earlier games again?

I can see me buying PS4K, playing for a year and then maybe take a year out...

As long as you buy the games from the store they are in your catalogue forever.

They however require an active sub to work.

You can get plus for around £30 a year. You may find it's worth keeping the sub and buying the games every month. That way you can have some great games to go back to.
